Tanisha is the rudest person I have ever met. I walked in to get assistance because my phone has not had service for 2 days now and when I walked in to get help there was no welcome or anything she just talked across the room telling me to restart my phone with an attitude before I even said anything. If a restart would fix the issue I wouldn't be in the store asking for help. I said alright and left to change providers because that kind of customer service is not acceptable. This place is pathetic. The workers will not greet you. I walked in, and two workers were talking for 5 minutes before talking to me. Then they told me to go charge my phone. They disappeared and then caught an attitude when I went back in line to get help. The place sucks so bad I had to go to 1 other store after coming to this one. Before, the workers would look dead at you and then go to other customers that came in after. I guess that's what you get for hiring gang members with 3-pointed crowns on their faces. I came in a few weeks ago to trade in my phone and the worker that helped me was absolutely amazing so when my boyfriend and i came in today for him to trade in his phone we hoped he would be there. He wasn't and we were helped by a middle aged white woman with a pony tail. I would recommend asking for another worker if she comes up to y'all. She was extremely rude and short with us, did not care, did not want to be there and it was obvious. She barely spoke to us, walked to the back of the store, and then came back telling him he has to pay $455 to trade in after we were told it would again be free as he has a better plan than i do. When explaining the fact that we were confused because of the severe price difference she goes "well promos change so" and would not say another word until we chose to decline the ridiculous offer and leave. Terrible experience but I know it's not the whole store just a fluke of an employee! read more

Be careful when allowing Verizon to issue you a credit. You will never have it applied to your bill. I'm owed $3000.00 in wrongful billing and overcharhes.Ihave screenshots of text and chat from verizon to me verifying that amount owed to me but they interrupted my cellular service, disrupt my business and see fit to keep my phone off owing that kind of money and I owe them nothing. Thats the way to treat your customers. This company's end will come soon if they treat others like they do me. Verizon has no Integrity left as a company, they refuse in the financial dept what some of the employees in other departments deem as wrongful charge or overcharge. The ticket number or so called confirmation numbers are worthless. Why dont they give an email copy of what they have written on the ticket if they truthfully intend to handle a problem instead of making a small business like myself take them to court. I went here knowing exactly what I wanted (phone case). The customer service attendant told me someone would be with me shortly. After 20min I approached the counter and asked to purchase it only to be told that I'd have to wait because that particular clerk wasn't logged in ...whatever that means. After struggling to find help activating my new phone at the online Verizon site online for 4 days, I went to Tiger Town Verizon for help and Mr. Anthony Bryant immediately fixed it for me instead of asking me to delay longer by making an appointment. Honestly don't torture youself at this Verizon Wireless unless you have A LOT of time on your hands and you have the patience of a Saint. There are only about 2-3 employees here who seem like they actually enjoy their jobs here. The rest are there to collect a paycheck. Good luck. read more

Just changed my phone service from T-Mobile to Verizon today, and I have to say: I am amazed at the customer service at this Verizon! My customer service rep. was Kelbie and she provided some of the best customer service I've ever had! She was not only helpful but polite, friendly, and humorous. She, and Regina, another customer service rep. on the phone, we're incredibly efficient in getting me switched over the in the timeliest manner possible. read more

Was helped by a man named Robert and the store manager. Robert was extremely helpful, friendly, and tried to solve all of our problems to the best of his ability. The manager however was cold and and unwilling to show much help at all or take any blame for the issue that the store had created. Just blamed it on their third part company... Again THEIR company. You will spend no less than 30 minutes waiting in the store to have anyone help you. I have been in probably 6 times in 15 months and I have always had to wait 30-45 mins. It does not matter what day or time you go it is always like that! I had a problem and I was told the store manager could help me but he would not be in until 12:30pm which was an hour and a half away and I had already been in the store trying to get someone to help me for an hour. Long story short I said okay, let him know I will meet with him at 12:30. I show up and sit down to wait on him and he walks in 15 mins late for work, on his cell phone and carrying to go food. It was then obvious to me he did not care about me or my problem, he sent the same person out to speak to me that had already said he could not help me 2 hours earlier. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If there was another cell phone service provider in our area with good cell reception I would switch servers but unfortunately T-mobile does not work at our house so Verizon is our only option. read more

I had bad experience of customer service in this store yesterday. Me and my husband we went to the store to complaints my phone that it wont' call in and out, and drains a lot the battery. My husband talked to this blonde woman and try to easy way out and keep explaining to my husband that she had the same phone with me and phone just like that it drain a lot of battery . but my husband told her that no i had the same phone and its not like my wife phone its drains a lot .. but the woman just keep on and on explain to my husband So I step in I said no matter what you say I'm not gonna settle for the phone We paid a lot money and I'm not satisfied for it .. so I told them they just need to swipe another phone. but they don't want to swipe unless I need to pay another charged for $35 fee for restock and what happen or 15 days policy you can turn your phone back if you have a problem?? Me and my husband left and I just called the Verizon Customer Service in the phone and I told my problem and they send me another phone in a mail with no fee at all. ..
