I have had positive experiences with Sales people here who appear to work on commission, where they engage to help if needed but then back away to give space to the customer to comfortable shop. We had a small hiccup when I got the device back and tested it. The mic was no longer working and the 3D was stuck on but after contacting the owner fixed it within the day. walked into the store and was greeted by a female voice that came out of nowhere... here it was a…read moreshort lady behind the counter sitting at a desk.. kind of unprofessional to me.. but as I shopped I tried to sit at a couple tables but they were so cluttered together I couldn't even sit at one.. then decided to check out so furniture but I couldn't even recline back because I hit the tables and chairs it was next to... my cousin ended up buying a massage chair but we came back to cancel the order because he found one cheaper elsewhere when the same lady said that she would refund him 500$ instead of cancelling it... well here it is almost 2 months later and still waiting for the refund... tried calling but for some reason the lady (Billie) is never there... and no one else seems to know what we are talking about... overall the store is nice with a wide selection and is quite clean but way too cluttered and it seems like there are only 1 or 2 people working while everyone else gathers around gossiping or playing games on their phones
