i bought 2 phones, my bill was wrong as usual, took them back and am moving carriers. i seemed to have lost my license but have 8 credit cards, Medicare card, and bank card with my pic on it but they would not look at my account to check future billing. If you have a business account DO NOT do business here. Terrible experience. Was lied to about what I was getting for the cost of the plan and also about how much I would receive on my trade-in. He additionally added an insurance plan after the fact that I flat out told him I didn't want. Luckily I received an automated email thanking me for signing up and was eventually able to cancel it. Now I'm trying to work with Amber Erwin who claimed to be my business account rep and she promised to correct the trade-in amount for me but 8 weeks later she's ghosting me and not returning emails or phone calls. read more

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS READ THIS: I walked into my local Verizon store to sign up for the international plan because I was traveling outside of the US for 3 weeks and I needed to stay connected... the Verizon sales associate explained to me that it would cost $10 a day to access my unlimited plan of text, talk and data & assured me that I would have the exact same plan abroad that I had in the US. Unfortunately, the associate was wrong. The Verizon international plan is $10 a day for 0.5 gigabytes of data, text and talk. When you run out of the 0.5 gigabytes, your phone slows down & doesn't load anything, so you either put your phone back in airplane mode or pay another $10 for another 0.5 gigabytes for the day. It DOES NOT give you access to your full unlimited Verizon plan. I find this extremely unprofessional because I had to find out this information when I got to my destination and turned my phone on. The Verizon associate assured me that I would be able to access my FULL, UNLIMITED plan of talk, text and data for only $10 a day. They DID NOT specify that I would only be getting 0.5 gigabytes and that if I ran out, it would cost another $10 to stay connected. Sprint and T-Mobile have international plans that come at no extra charge to you. If you're a Verizon customer and you're traveling abroad, I would consider looking at Sprint or T-Mobile to be your new carrier. Those two companies allow you to travel internationally and use the plan you pay for in the US. These two companies are roughly priced the same as Verizon for unlimited talk, text and data in the US, the ONLY difference is the international plan. I used to be a Sprint customer & would love to be one again as of now because the Verizon associates that I've talked to since I've found out this information have been nothing but one sided and I feel like they're not telling me everything, but the Sprint and T-Mobile associates that I've spoken with have been nothing but helpful and completely transparent about their international plans. If you decide to make the switch from Verizon to Sprint or T-Mobile & you're worried that you might have to buy a new phone, do NOT worry. Your phone can be reprogrammed by the associates at Sprint and T-Mobile to be put onto their servers. All you'd have to think about is what type of plan you're looking to get. I hope this is helpful for anyone who is traveling internationally and want your travels to be stress free. read more

My wife and I joined an existing business plan and were told by switching to Verizon from another competitor (and transferring our phone number over) we'd receive a $200 rebate in the mail after 45 days of remaining a Verizon customer. 3 months have passed with no update on the status of our rebate. We decided to call Verizon to track the rebate, only to be informed we would did not qualify for the rebate because the phone we purchased did not meet the requirements. At no time did an employee make this clear to us, and we did not see the fine print related to the rebate; we were taken over to a computer and told to take a photo of the computer screen, then follow the steps on the screen to get the rebate. As a young couple that tries to make informed decisions when making high-dollar purchases, we're frustrated that we were left with $200 less in our pocket after making the switch to Verizon; one of the reasons we made the decision to get the phone we did is because we were told there would be a $200 rebate. Verizon has been great in the past, but this is the last time I'll be going to this store. read more

The people who work here are usually very courteous and helpful. I like Verizon phone service much better than Sprint or AT&T. The customer service at Sprint is horrible... So by comparison the people at this store are excellent. read more

Store manager told us we didn't owe anything on phone return. He even checked twice. Went back in 3 weeks later cause phone that we got did not work and now he says we owe on old phone. Very rude on phone and was not willing to even work with us. I would suggest he take a training class in how to better understand his job and how to actually tell customers the correct information. read more

Don't trust these guys. Find a different Verizon store. We have been Verizon customers for a long time. My daughter wanted her own plan with unlimited data, etc., so I went with her to this location to get prices. We visited the store at least twice and were assured that the prices were correct and that there were no other fees or surprise charges involved. With my daughter being understandably anxious about committing to her own plan, we discussed the options at length. When she decided what she wanted to do, she went back to the store by herself to sign the paperwork, only to find out that the prices were "misquoted" and that her bill would be $40+ higher than she originally thought. She signed up for the plan, but obviously felt that we had been misled. I talked to the General Manager, and he said "we don't do business that way", but it seems to me like you just did. I rarely, if ever, write reviews online but this was by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. read more
