I had a negative experience with the tall, distinguished bald gentleman in the Palm City store, as did the older lady before me. She got a notice on her phone and asked if he could explain it to her. He read the message and instead of simply telling her, he had to shame her by saying something like, well, it says it right here, doesn't it? His tone of voice clearly implicated 'can't you read?' When she asked more questions he finally gave her a full explanation but in an impatient and condescending way. He did the same to me. I was there to ask him to transfer the data to the new/used phone I purchased from Verizon online. I attempted to do the transfer myself, followed the instructions carefully, and then, after hours of watching the circle of death, realized something went wrong. He told me he could do it but it would cost $40. I was shocked because the techs at Verizon stores in the past always did simple fixes on their phones for free, good customer service. He said if he did that, he wouldn't make any money, and suggested I trade in my old phone and get a brand new one instead. He said never buy a used phone, even from Verizon. And then suggested I go on YouTube to figure it out, like duh. That being said, I will never enter the Palm City store again. Being friendly costs nothing, but treating people the way he treated both of us tells a story I want nothing to do with. I've been a Verizon customer for 12 years. I need a phone now because I am traveling soon, but when I return I will be looking for a new provider. read more

Recently I traded phones at another Verizon location. At the time I was given an estimate of my new bill. When the bill arrived it was higher than the estimate. I called Verizon customer service was on the phone for 26 minutes and was no closer to finding the answer. I made an appt at the Palm City store and Chris was able to explain everything and refund a charge that should not have been charged. I would highly recommend this Verizon location and will certainly return when I get a new phone. read more

I stood in an empty store that only had one other person in it and was not acknowledged by the employee the entire time I was there. They carried on a conversation the entire time I was there. Eventually I had to leave cause I had been there so long with no acknowledgement waiting at the desk for help. Not even a "I'll be with you soon" I'd leave a 1 star but at least he was nice to the other person there. read more

Had a very good experience when I went to upgrade my iPhone. I was annoyed that the true Verizon store in Jensen Beach was not open to shop for a new phone. This was January 2 2021- almost a year after Covid started and I can't come in to see the phones??? You are lucky I'm staying with Verizon. This Verizon partner shop was open for business. They handled everything- helped me to select phone and activate it. Even spent time showing me the difference between faceid and the old old fingerprint I'd. Excellent service by both staff members during a holiday weekend. They did not try to sell me needless accessories and upgrades, but did answer my questions on new phone case options. My only quibble is that they did not have any iphone12 mini I could see. Went with the 12 anyway. I'll return in 3 or 4 years for an upgrade. read more

My wife and i walked into this store because her Android froze. We were told that the phone was not repairable and we had to buy a new one. We walked out in desbelief because yesterday was not the first time thay couldn't help us. We ended up going to the corporate store at 2040 US 1 in Sruartand in less than a minute the phone was fixed with a simple procedure. No wonder the Palm City store is always empty because they have a bad reputation and dishonesty. read more

The Verizon in Palm City beats out every other location I've ever been to. I have gone to the one in Gardens mall and the one in Tequesta, in Jupiter, and in Palm Beach Gardens- but none can compare to the service you'll get at Verizon in Palm City. The reason?- Because they have Fonzie! This guy is amazing. I've watched him patiently explain to elderly customers who can't hear a word you're saying if you're screaming into their hearing aide, and he just smiles and keeps right on explaining till they get it. I literally listened to a gentleman ask him what a gig was. Fonzie was explaining how much data usage was on his plan. It went from "what 's a gig- okay, what's 1000 megabites again? What's a bite?" I kid you not- this guy has the patience of Job. When it was my turn to bwe helped; to switch over my contact from an old iphone to a new samsung, it should have been easy. Unfortunately for Fonzie, my cracked and broken Iphone wasn't cooperating. He went out the next day to secure a special cord that his location didn't have. The store he went to was out so he ordered it. He called me the following week and I went in and he was able to switch my contacts and old pictures from my old phone to the new one. That's what I call going above and beyond! So I wanted his bosses to know just how great he is! Thank you Fonzie. And Verizon management- if you're reading this- this guy needs to be running your shops. Give him a promotion- he deserves it. read more
