We have wasted 2 days going back and forth with this store. We needed a basic flip phone without a…read morecamera due to security restrictions at work. We had used the Samsung A157 before, but we wanted to put this device back on the number. We went in to the store on 10/29 to update the IMEI and get a replacement SIM Card, and the technician had a little difficulty syncing. What I assume is the manager walked by, and said the phone was 2G and would not work. We also had the technician update our authorized users to reduce the stress on my 85-year old grandmother. After a lot of internet research and calls with AT&T and Samsung, I determined that the phone was not 2G and the manager was wrong. We went in again in the afternoon on 10/30, and the technician could not help us because the employee did not update the authorized users correctly. We had to return home to assist my grandmother in adding additional users. On my 3rd trip to the store, a new technician was working and he had the phone working in 5 minutes. We had almost thrown away a $100 phone and were ready to remove one of the phone numbers/lines on our account - all based on wrong information provided by a floor employee and/or manager. After wasting many hours on this problem, we are very frustrated with out AT&T experience. The only good part of the experience was that the 2nd technician was very capable.

So I decided to wait the possible 45 minutes for them to return from lunch. We'll at 1:00 pm I found out that there was an employee in the store the whole time and he was with a possible customer. Well, he then let this customer out the door and then locked the door behind him. He never turned the open sign back on. So I called the store 4 times, and my phone call was hung up on the first ring. NO ANSWER! Is thus how AT&T runs their business? I have been a customer for about 15 years and at this point maybe not much longer. Was looking to upgrade my phone but couldn't. Just bad business. It makes it seem that something was going on in the store that wasn't supposed to.

The manager Terrell was very nice and promised to get it fixed before we moved. That was around July 5. I got a call saying it was finished that following Tuesday. I went and got it, took it home and put it on the charger....IT WOULDN'T CHARGE! It was on 10% for 24 hrs. I immediately took it back up there. Same manager Terrell looked at it and seen it wasn't charging. REMEMBER, it was working before this! They took it back and he said he'd mark it down as a technicians mistake. A week later I call and see what's the estimated wait as we were moving that Friday. He claimed he was waiting to see if it could be fixed and that it was now the charging port that was damaged done at their store and he would have to send it out to Monaca or another location. In the meantime he would give us a loaner (one that someone paid for and never came back to get!) My fault for setting for that tablet. We moved to North Carolina and this tablet also does not hold a charge!! Its not even worth coming back to PA and giving them this tablet back so here is yall warning. Also!!!! They have me a generation 9 and not the 10 like we brought in. The trade in value is pennies!!! Go to apple and not one of these places for your apple devices. They will also talk you into being Asurion... they were also no help. There's also a blue dot on the screen.

They've long done away with 2 year contracts instead you either buy the device outright or pay in monthly installments which they just add to your monthly bill. I recently purchased the IPhone 6S from them and was advised to "upgrade my insurance" for technical support. I did this and when I called tech support on a matter, I was referred to Apple. Today I stopped in again on another problem I've encountered. The salesman could not help me. I saw the original salesclerk who helped me set it up last week. I saw him turn to go to the back of the store. I called to him for help and he just kept right on walking. I am now currently having my problem serviced by Apple where you may find future check ins until I can get this matter resolved. The issue is minor but still can be a nuisance. At least they were willing to take the time out to try to help me. I will be in touch with AT and T to downgrade my insurance to only lost or stolen phones.

Fred was such a patient, pleasant, experienced salesman and we were happy to work with him. He explained everything in detail about how things would work with the buy 1 get 1 and how the billing would work. He also explained about the direct tv options and accessories sale. He even took the time to interact with my stepson about games and baseball. We will be back at this store and hopefully will get to work with Fred again!

I wanted to leave a review for Manny. I received a discount…read morefrom a different iPad repair shop due to my frequent visits there but I was unable to make it there due to limited parking. Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself. I would recommend this shop to anyone as he fixed my son's iPad screen in less than an hour. You cannot even tell it was broken and it was nearing damage to the LCD which this prevented. Thank you!

I have small hairline cracks all over my phone even though I put a screen protector on it the second i got it back and have never dropped it again. Also, my touchscreen has never ever worked the same since getting a new screen- slow to respond, longer to type messages. Overall it's not good quality and I haven't been happy since it's been fixed. Update: as I went to replace my phone case my actual screen pulled up away from my phone. This is garbage.
