They flat out lie to you, and they don't tell you what they are going to charge you for so that you can make an informed decision. They basically rip you off! They made me write a check for $202.84 yet haven't given me a receipt for what its for. My first bill was over $242.00. They also double bill you; payments due on 10th, but they another payment out on the 22nd of the same month. Now I'm being charged and extra $23.01 because they claim I was over credited. Andrew is absolutely amazing!! I forgot my pin and it locked us out (when transferring phones). He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He persevered through all of the difficulties because of my error. Poor Andrew was supposed to get off of work at 5:00 and he stayed until 7:45 until he got the problems fixed. Since Verizon took over Bluegrass, it has been nothing but trouble. 1 line doesn't work and when they "get it fixed", it works for an hour and then quits again. I paid my bill in November and now in December they said I didn't pay. So I have to double pay? Every service providers are better than Verizon. read more

Be very careful going to this business. I was sold a phone with the promise of a bill credit. I was charged a set up fee and had to pay off my old device in order to receive the new promotion. On the third bill I received no credit. I contacted the store and spoke with Rob the owner or manager. He reassured me that he would handle it. I never heard back. I have called repeatedly and just get a runaround. Finally Verizon has agreed to handle the problem. I have documents and papers with the promo written on it and explaining to me how this would work. I was told by corporate that their wasn't even a promotion like that when I purchased the phone. Even if the employee made a mistake, it should have been addressed properly and not avoided. I was assured that the corporate office will be investigating and I am forwarding all the info given to me. Watch out.....these people just want to sell you something read more
