Regardless, of my attempts I still ended up here because I could always rely on the expert that possibly awaits me. That expert is Raffi, whom I approach as the other employees were already engaged with other guests. She greeted me and immediately took care of my issue efficiently with her knowledge. Raffi also answered my follow up questions and I left the store fully satisfied with her excellent service.

We also bought one iPhone 7, all of these with unlimited Lte service. Sounds great, it was until we found out that we were lied to!!!! They told us that there was there was NO ACTIVATION FEES and We also declined the insurance!!!! Believe it or not our online bill was ready the next day. Guess what, ALL 3 HAD ACTIVATION FEES AND THE IPADS DATA WAS NOT $10 A MONTH BUT $40, AS PROMISED!!!! It gets even worse! We were also charged for the insurance on each of these products of $7.99. It took 2 different days on the phone with customer service to fix the lies and fraud we went through with this dealer. The first day I spent 5 hour with customer service telling them what had happened to me, with 4 different supervisors. 4 because they hung up on me 3 different times after being put on hold for hours at a time. Finally they agreed to wave the charges and promised to credit my bill. So I went to check my new bill online 3 days later like they said to do and guess what? The same bill no change!!! So I had to start over all again. This time I called in told to tell them what I was going through and they said they had my records from the previous calls and said the would transfer me to a supervisor to fix the problem. They transferred me not to a supervisor but to the cancellation department. Maybe GOD was giving me a chance to end this experience. But I called back again!!! Finally I got a supervisor told them what I been dealing with and they again promised that they finally fixed the fraud. But here the coup de grace to the back of my head, they said since my bill has already been processed they can't credit my bill until the next billing cycle. Now I understand where AT&T got all that money to buy DirecTV!!!! This may be the only yelp posting that I could ask for maybe a negative one or two stars
