So let me start by saying the guy seemed helpful. But when I got my next months bill it doubled even after I said I didn't want or need an upgrade. He said my bill would not change. Well that's crazy! I spent some time on the phone with Verizon and they were super helpful and were able to fix everything. Just don't believe a thing you are told. A seamless experience today. Brandon was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Managed to accomplish a phone upgrade on one of my lines and a plan change on multiple lines without any issues. Was told new phone would take one hour to be ready (i cloud data transfer); returned 55 minutes later just as things were wrapping up. Granted, accessories are far more pricey than online, but the service provided was top notch nonetheless. Added bonus: virtually no wait to be taken care of when I first walked in. read more

I've been with Verizon for almost twenty years straight. I've been in and out of many Verizon stores over the decades. My experience today at the Ridgefield "Your Wireless" was the worst I've ever had in a Verizon store due to a rude associate that couldn't possibly have cared less to help me. There was almost no one else in the store, so we had ample time, but he had zero interest in helping. He acted as if any question of mine were a stupid one, and that it would be a colossal chore for him to answer. He couldn't be bothered with a worthless customer like myself. He never smiled once and his voice registered that "tone" when someone has an attitude. He looked down and away from me almost the entire 20 minutes, also typing into a computer, etc, and had a look of exasperated disgust with me. It was as if eye contact with me were going to make him vomit. My visit was totally unsatisfactory, and I decided to leave after buying an accessory, rather than address further issues I was having with the phone THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM a year ago. Such reward for loyalty. And I have lived and worked in Ridgefield for 8 years. I should have picked up and left at the first sign of his attitude, but I didn't want to make a scene. I figured he was having a bad day, but his disdain continued, no matter how polite and friendly I tried to be. I am a pretty low maintenance/patient guy, as I've dealt with the phone problems without even going into the store for over a year, so I can never be accused of "bothering" them. But my once a year visit proved way too much for this associate to deal with. He clearly couldn't wait till I left his presence. It was the most unwelcoming experience I ever had in a retail store. In addition, I learned that their accessories are overpriced. There are no prices on the ones I saw, so you just have to take their word for it. I was offered a "discount" but even with the discount, it was still overpriced. A visit to various websites will show how overpriced they are. PS: When I bought the $1000 phone from them last year, I was told by another sales associate that they had no idea when the Galaxy S10 was coming out. So I bought the S9. The S10 came out just two months later. I would have gladly waited two months for it. But I was given the impression it wouldn't be out for awhile. So beware when they act like they don't know when the next model is coming out. read more

Hands down the best and only Verizon store to go to I've bought close to ten phones in here and the same guy has always helped me out not sure his name but he should definitely get a raise or some kind of bonus extremely knowledgeable and answers any stupid questions you have. I could not ask for a better guy to be working at my local store 10/10 recommend. read more

Went here today and the staff were wonderful! My family and I were switching from AT&T due to our astronomical bill and lack of service near our home. I think all verizon stores are pretty much the same but at this small place I want to especially compliment the staff. Wally assisted us through our whole process. Since we were switching over 3 phones (all getting new ones) and getting an iPad it was a long process. Wally was cheerful and kind through the whole thing, he even stayed late to make sure we were all set up. Wally was personable and smart, keeping all the numbers and deductions in his head. We felt very well cared for and he deserves a raise!! The other staff was also fantastic. During our time waiting for the switch over process I overheard Kevin (I think is his name?) assisting tons of other customers. He answered every little question no matter how silly. If you are local and have verizon, come support this great group of people! read more

The customer service here is atrocious and makes for an incredibly unpleasant experience. Not only is the location severely under staffed, the employees are seemingly uninterested in helping a customer for more than 15 minutes, leaping at the opportunity to hop to the next in line. Both employees also took personal phone calls while customers waited in line for their assistance. All told it took over an hour to activate one phone. Even worse, the manager of the store sold me a tablet that had all the previous owners information still on it. A used tablet with bank accounts, email, venmo, you name it. There are two verizon stores in Danbury CT about 20-30 minutes away from this location, if you can go to those I highly recommend it. read more

Ever try to call a wireless company and get a straight answer? It's what's called going down a rabbit hole. I called our local Verizon store and spoke with Chris. He was a wealth of knowledge. I went into the store and bought a Samsung 6 Galaxy with a great (and affordable) plan. Take the time to call Chris or Wally - they will give you all the honest information you need. read more

I don't want to give this business any stars as they do not deserve it. This is now the second time I have come to this business and they are closed when they should be open. They do not have a sign posted explaining why they are not open. The store hours posted on their door say Sunday's at 11:00 and I went at noon and they were closed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and assume he may be the person that was supposed to open forgot about the time change. However when I went back at 1 o'clock they were still closed. This is unacceptable I have never seen a place of business operate this way! read more

I went to the Verizon Store yesterday to purchase an Iphone 7S. Because of the knowledge, assistance and patience from Sean Plane, also bought an Ipad Mini and a mobile home phone without any significant increase to our monthly bill. read more
