1 star because I can't give 0…read more I signed up for att a month ago and was told my device through Verizon would be paid off and yet Verizon pulled 519 from my account today. So the sales rep told me a lie and now I'm out $519 I didn't have to begin with. I was with Verizon for 7 years and switch to att and have nothing but lies told to me. And I've been with att for only a month. I'm upset and I've been crying all day. I have no way to pay my other bills because this guy wanted a sale and was willing to tell me anything to get his sale numbers up. Every ATT rep I talked to (all 5) tells me I'm screwed and I'll never see my money again, this happens all the time. So therefore att just lets sales rep say what they want to sell their product and don't hold them accountable. I'm willing to go to whatever lengths I need to to get my money back. I have been in this location many times over the years and they were always nice and helpful but the new staff does not represent AT&T's core values and professionalism. Just save yourself the time and order online. Been a loyal AT&T customer for 10+ years but will probably take my 4 lines to a different provider next time.
