I've worked for cellphone company's such as sprint and Verizon as a sales rep and I know when a worker is just trying to push a metric so they don't take a negative hit. I ask them straight to not lie and they lied to my face and told me that protection is absolutely required(false). If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. At least have integrity to know when you're caught in a lie.

Ordered a Samsung 21 direct from Samsung. Was told it would be easy to install a new Sim card…read more(which was provided) and may only need to go into a store for technical support. Phone arrives, I go into T-Mobile for help. They tell me my phone is not unlocked, the only way it can be is if I call Samsung and obtain an unlock code. They tell me that the Sim card is already registered to my previous phone. They explain that there is nothing they can do to get my s21 to work and I need to call Samsung. After about 2 hours of playing with my phone at home and googling answers. I fixed it myself. I now have a working S21. No thanks to anyone within T-Mobile. Easily the worst visit I had to a cellular retail store.
