After about 10 minutes, Robert greeted us and took care of us from the start to the finish. We were there a LONG time in the store, trying to find the best way to transfer our lines utilizing the best deals possible and trying not to spend too much out of pocket either. Robert and his manager Ms DeLeon explained everything to us thoroughly and gave us different options that would help us save money and still be able to upgrade our lines. It was truly a wonderful experience, I am thankful they had the patience with us and took the time without rushing us or being frustrated. I would recommend highly for anyone who is wanting new internet or cell services to go to this location, the staff is truly awesome and they want to make sure customers are leaving happy. The staff diagnosed the problem and encouraged me to give the service another chance, promising that if I returned the device within a few days, I would only be charged for the days I had actually used it. However, the video streaming remained slow and kept cutting out, so I returned the device shortly after the trial expired -- well within the window they had described. Despite their assurance, I was billed for the entire month. They did not honor their word . . . Always have them give any promise in writing.

When the representative came to assist I asked if an appointment was a suggested time and he gave me the excuse that 4 people walked out and it was shift change and lunch break. This was late in the afternoon, after 5PM. Meanwhile the manager is at the back counter adjusting her bra and breast under her shirt. Honestly, I wasn't sure it was repairable, but they replaced the screen within a couple hours, and it was good to go, at least for a couple weeks. The screen quit working again, but not due to their work but the extent of the previous damage. So back in the phone went, this time for a new screen and back case. Darin was willing to comp the screen as they had already replaced it, but as I was using my bank's phone insurance this time, we are having it fully repaired like new. As I mentioned, this shop is very knowledgable about phone repair as well as the different phone insurance programs and able to help guide me through the process of filing a claim as well. The repair costs are comparatively great, and on newer phones that's definitely the way to go as DIY can be so challenging with all the glue used these days.
