After about 10 minutes, Robert greeted us and took care of us from the start to the finish. We were there a LONG time in the store, trying to find the best way to transfer our lines utilizing the best deals possible and trying not to spend too much out of pocket either. Robert and his manager Ms DeLeon explained everything to us thoroughly and gave us different options that would help us save money and still be able to upgrade our lines. Service was fantastic! I had arrived there on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing and the employee at staff during that time was so helpful and nice. My phone was done in about 20 minutes. Prior to choosing this location, I had messaged the location inquiring about the price and time, and I received a response promptly in less than 10 minutes from the manager. The manager was very informative and helpful. In addition, I was very content with the warranty that is offered when your screen is fixed, they off a 60 day warranty included. The store offers a variety of services, also including selling and buying electronic devices. They can also replace the back of your phone if your discontent with the color your phone has, they have a variety of colors.
