    It is like a recurring nightmare with this one. It turns out our friends at this location neglected…read moreto mark that we never took the phones and left them when we refused to accept the $85 higher than originally quoted monthly fee. This is after being trapped in the store over 4 hours with phones we didn't want because if we left we would be charged for them. Well no big deal except fast forward a month later and an email from AT&T that I was being sent to COLLECTIONS for not paying for two phones ($1600) despite multiple attempts requesting payment. Not ONE request was received and I was yet again forced to spend the majority of my Monday chasing down someone who cared and had any knowledge of what they were doing to contact this location and have them confirm that we never left the store with their phones. I finally received some help after three calls and two transfers all of which requiring me to explain the situation and reset a "pin" number that I didn't have since I am not a member of AT&T. It is shocking that this location and company are allowed to do this to people. How many mistakes can you possibly make with one scenario and worse off how many times can you force the customer to fix it and clean up the mess. I have zero confidence in anything at AT&T and am desperately hoping the promise I was given that this was addressed today is accurate. I did speak to Chris (I've seen mentioned in other reviews) who did show some compassion and seemed to actually care and who provided some reassurance but still don't know what to expect or believe at this point. I wanted to chalk this up to a mistake but it seems no matter who I go to or what I do this company finds a way to make it the most miserable experience possible. I wanted to share because I have to hope someone reading this will choose a different route and avoid dealing with anything remotely close to what me and my family have experienced. So thankful to be back with Verizon and hoping to never have to work with AT&T ever again.

They tell you one price on their…read moreonline "chat" service to get you in the door, and then are dishonest to the end without fully telling you what your monthly payments will be. Then, when you call their "retention" department while still in their store, you get put on hold for an hour and then hung up on... They do not care about their customers or honor their word. I was hoping my experience with Valerie would be different but unfortunately it wasn't. Left after being there for hours trying to resolve the issue and ended up back with Verizon. Stay away folks.
