I went to the store to purchase a new phone and was hard-sold on accessories that I did not need. Specifically, it was strongly implied that I needed the "box" (the piece that plugs into the wall when charging) and that my previous Android charger needed to be replaced. When I got home and realized the old wall charger was fine, I tried to return the new one. I was told that it was part of a "bundle" with the case and glass protector and if I returned it, I would be charged the $50 I had saved from the bundle. I was NOT told the charger was part of the bundle and the store employee was rude when I explained this. There are other Verizon stores nearby- I suggest using one of them! Absolutely horrible customer service and rude and obnoxious. They only wanna sell new phones and Internet and that is it after you walk out that door. It is not their responsibility is what I was told even if it is a manufacturers defect you can't bring it back to the store and say, can you hand me a new one nope you got to go through customer service and have them send you a box and ship it out. All I wanted was Internet and I tried to return the Internet box and was literally told I can add another one, but I can't take the other one off your bill. Was told I have to call customer service and resolve it. Why is this store even in business if you need any Verizon equipment or anything do not go here go to Salisbury I don't know whether they are untrained or just uneducated, but the way they treat there customers is completely uncalled for we are the customers you're supposed to be there to help us and make our lives easier literally have not had Internet at my house for almost a month and a half now because of this will never go here again. read more

Have you ever been RACIALLY HARASSED before? I have by the manager of this Victra -- Verizon Authorized Retailer A couple of days ago I was sitting in a PUBLIC parking lot minding my business. The next thing I know a car pulls up directly next to me. It was the MANAGER of the HORRIFIC store. He asked me " Why are you sitting here? It looks suspicious. If you don't tell me, I will call the cops". I let him know what I don't have the tell him ANYTHING. I will wait on the police. A couple of days go by (which is today) and I go back to sit in the SAME PUBLIC PARKING LOT WHERE THERE IS A HUGE THRIFT STORE ON MY RIGHT. I was greeted by two Police officers by my car . They told me A manager called and said I was plotting on the store and looked suspicious. But Officer there are SO MANY people in this parking lot. The officers ran my tags and my identification for DOING NOTHING! I was able to stay in this PUBLIC PARKING LOT. I have no record or cases man how the officers looked surprised. So, thanks to this Manager Micheal I believe his name is, my life was in danger for being BLACK in a PARKING LOT for the public. Verizon is this what we do? My bill is too high for this! I have always used corporate stores as I have been a Verizon customer for many years. With the need for an upgrade on my phone, I went to the local Verizon retail store, not really sure what to expect. The sales person was caring and took time with me to finalize my decision between 3 phones I had previously reviewed. Everything was finished and I went away happy. Soon, I discovered an issue of noise from my phone to all other callers from my blue tooth through my car. Upon discovering that it did not happen with other phones, I went back to the Victra-Verizon store and upon checking out the problem, the manager exchanged the phone with no questions asked. They took the time to set up the new phone and make sure that the same issue was not present with the new one. Customer service above and beyond my greatest expectations. I would do business with them again as they have renewed my faith that there is still businesses out there that care about customer satisfaction. read more
