In-store experience was good...then we got the bill…read more Resolution: After cs rep tried 2 other alternate lies about the cause of the $35 charge my son told them he would contact the MD attorney general's office for help. Suddenly they fell all over themselves offering a refund, then called multiple times to be sure we're happy. Too late. The crime was committed...and reported. you're not off the hook because you robbed a bank and returned the money when caught. So we just got T-Mobile and we're already considering our next carrier. Also, I'll be spending every day telling people T-Mobile is a scam. ---------------------------- UPDATE: Got the first bill. NEVER USE T-MOBILE!!! The bill showed that we were signed up for 5 lines rather than 3 and then we "cancelled" the other two. We got burned for $35. T-MOBILE is a bunch of scammers. NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH T-MOBILE!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My son and I went to this t-mobile location to switch from Verizon and get new phones. I had a samsung device and my son had an iphone. We both got new Pixel 8 phones with service for about what we were paying just for 2 lines with Verizon. The best part of the switch was the friendly, helpful, and highly competent and knowledgeable ladies who helped us. They know their plans and the hardware very well and copied data and took care of everything for us. Awesome, truly awesome! This was my best phone service experience ever.

Instead of doing the right thing and authorizing a refund, they gave me store credit which is an unacceptable solution but supposedly the only one available to me. The quoted a reasonable turnaround time and completed the work within the time quoted. I received a phone call notifying my piece was done.
