Once I moved to Montana I quickly realized that my Sprint service I've had for over 20 years would be useless here, so I made a trip to Verizon. First off, I'm soooo grateful that they have a store here in town with awesome hours to boot! I ended up having to switch everything over including both my phone and my son's phone, which at first sounded daunting but the workers at Verizon were wonderful. Our main person was Megan and she was super knowledgeable about everything and was so friendly and professional. She totally took care of us and by the end I was very happy. The store is very clean and neat inside. It's very convenient and easy to get to right off of Central. Great store and great staff! read more

I came in to this Verizon location because I was I need of a phone replacement. I was pretty sure I had been paying $13 a month for phone protection. The employee at the store told me I did not have insurance and I would have no choice but to upgrade. I asked if he could show me where it says I don't have insurance and he told me that he couldn't show me his computer screen. I left the store without a phone and went home and called customer service to inquire about my protection plan. Customer service told me that I did in fact pay $13 a month for insurance and it would provide me with a new phone. I was pretty sure the employee at Verizon was not being honest with me and was trying to just get a sale off me. Would recommend to stay as far away from this store as possible. read more
