Pressing 3 as an alleged way to remove my from their calling list has been so far ineffective. After finding the correct number for MidRivers service: 1-800-452-2288, the operator advised that some caller ID spoofing scheme was going on. So MidRivers is a victim of that scam, as much as I am. If you receive similar calls, call MidRivers' line and provide information about the numbers captured by your caller ID system and time stamps, so the FCC can go after the perpetrators.

Upon arriving a few years ago..my T-Mobile service needed to be retired. At that time, there was no Verizon retailer (you know, the one in front of Wal-Mart)...and Wal-Mart itself didn't offer Verizon yet either. It was order online or venture into the "local" retailers. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Kotana. The ladies who helped me open up a new Verizon account and get a new iPhone were so great to deal with! Because I wanted the new iPhone 5, it needed to be ordered. They were so professional and fast and notified me right away when my phone came in. I didn't have a single problem with Kotana and given my length of time in Williston..this was a very welcome change!
