    Terrible customer service! Perhaps there was a change in management since 2021. I initially went…read moreinto the store to gather information about services, but there was no such thing. Right away, the guy I later learned is the store manager asked for my ID and was headed to the back of the store to get me a modem! I was only there to find out about services and do some cost and service comparisons! Later I decided to call T-Mobile and was convinced to get the internet service. I was sent a modem/router in the mail, which I was told I would have to sign for, so I stayed home to sign for the package. No one rang the doorbell or knocked, and later I discovered the package had been delivered! I called UPS and they said the error was on the part of T-Mobile. T-Mobile blamed the UPS driver. The equipment didn't work. I spent a long time on the phone with technical support trying to figure out what to do to get it to work. The rep on the phone finally told me to just take it back to the store. On my way to the local store on N. Kansas Expressway, I decided spending my whole day getting a new internet service to work was not a good sign and decided to cancel my service. When I got to the store, the young man who waited on me was quite rude. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, it was the same guy I'd talked to before who had told me I could get 4G instead of 5G as he took my ID and headed to the back of the store to get me equipment before I even said I wanted the T-Mobile service! Both the employee and the manager were quite unclear in their communication and kept changing their story about whether they could take the equipment and return it or not, but finally, said they could, and gave me a receipt for return of the faulty equipment. I called and spoke to a rep at T-Mobile right after leaving the store who told me my service was cancelled and there would be no charge at all to me. Then, today I received a bill from T-Mobile for $65 from California! I called the number in the letter but because I did not remember my passcode (I never expected to hear from T-Mobile again), they couldn't track down my account, even with my account number! This company has caused me so much trouble and has been such a waste of time that i do not have to waste! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file a complaint with the CA AG, if necessary. I do not recommend T-Mobile! I ended up staying with my current internet service provider and was able to negotiate a lower rate.
