They call my number instead of hers when the tech arrives, but I'm a physician working in an operating room so I don't see the call and don't answer. The tech never comes to the door or calls my wife's number but instead leaves and sends a message that begins "since you are not at home." The next appointment is not for another 2 days. So there's a decent chance that mediacom is at fault for the disruption of service and then, after my wife rearranging her day to accommodate the appointment, the call and wrong number and don't even have the courtesy to knock on the door before leaving and saying she wasn't home. Such abject disregard for their customers.
