The rep I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She scheduled set up for the earliest possible time (2 days) but sent an email to the tech department to see if they could come sooner. Five minutes after placing my order and hanging up the phone, she personally called me back to say they would have someone out immediately to get me up and running. How refreshing!
