Went here on Friday June 2nd 2023 to pick up my online order of the oneplus nord. It was actually…read moreready on Thursday, but i decided to pick it up before work on friday to save gas. Easy pick up as i just went to the customer service area where I purchased the prior purchase on Tuesday. Easy pick up, just gave my name and showed them my id,and the order email. I also returned one sd card, and will keep the other one. That was also easy. didn't even need to take out my credit card to complete the purchase! I also decided to recycle my old phones, as i had 2, one was my orginal LG Aristo 5, and the other one which broke, but they said i would have to go to middletown to fix. Not going to middletown at the moment, if all the tech knows is iphones, they should learn other phones too, but that's just my feedback. Anyways, so i recycled my old phones, did forget and had to go in the store 2 separate times to get my phone case. i asked for the phone case so that i don't have to spend money on a new one for now. but i was given my old LG phone case, and not the one i wanted, and had to go back and get the oneplus case, which i got the second time. Overall besides that little oopsies, great service! Also weird, but maybe online shows things that are also online, but i saw screen covers for the one plus nord online after purchasing my phone, but when i got to the store, they said that they don't sell those at this location. Oh well though, worse come to worst i can buy online again, it's all good! Anyways, hopefully will be back!

Went here on Wednesday June 11th 2025 to pick up a few things. First grabbed a wagon and tried on…read moresome shorts. as most of my shorts i ended up donating and need new ones. Looked around found some, went to the fitting room, tried them on, and eh they all were kind of tight, except for the blue sweatpant short. Oh and the new fitting rooms are very nice! After trying on my stuff, i put the clothes i tried on the rack that was in front of the fitting room. I then proceeded towards the entertainment section- and didn't really find anything. Sad to see them hardly selling any dvds or Cds. I didn't even see Joe Jonas's new CD out, and was glad i ordered it online. Anyways then went to the seasonal summer section, where i found seasonal summer offerings such as cotton candy, a cotton candy trail mix, and pool floats and noodles. I decided on a cotton candy trail mix, which was delicious when i tasted it at home. Then went to the food section and brought salads as it was again 2 for $6! Then also brought 2 yogurts as well. Also brought madeline cookies that are soft and delicious! Next went to the vitamin section and brought Smartypants womens plus multivitamins, and also brought a claritin. Then brought a bath loofah. Then went to the self checkout and scanned all my items. Total was 66.09. Paid with cash and got my proper change. Will be back soon!

I went in there because I had a Starbucks coupon to use in the Starbucks renovated very nicely. I was looking for drills a power tool I couldn't find anybody to help me find that I'll. I saw a person come out of the stockroom, a young thin man with a full head of curly brown hair I said, where are your drills? Do you sell drills here? he said yes, right down here and he pointed an Isis. This is just outdoor stuff. He says well they should be in here. I said, I don't see any power tools here and he says well maybe it's too early for grills and I corrected him I said, drills there, a power tool like Sanders.. He said go to I'll C41. he then went back into the stock room, so I had to flag down another man to ask where is C 41. he says how he set up his DC in the ace starts way back there any points to the back he says C 41 and the power tools are on the back wall. Well I went to see 41 and there were no power tools at all.. everybody that I attempted to ask again they were walking very quickly helping other customers. I never did get my power tool in. Seems like the store was being rearranged. I have to tell you, the prices are very high go check out the cooking utensil aisle they're outrageous. I couldn't even go into the food aisle, because people were removing pegs on the pegboard to make room for more food and things like that. It was very disturbing not to find a helper or what you went in for like I said it's like going into the third world hardly anybody's in there as far as customers. Coming out, a grocery cart was rolling. They have grocery carts all over the parking lot and ditched in the snow banks one came rolling down off the snowbank at my car. I had to push it out of the the way. The customer service is just not there, and a lot of the items had no prices not on the shelf not on the item

Guy helped us with our order, and also cut up separate lettuce and tomato that wasn't on the sandwich . We then brought some coleslaw, eggs, and milk, as well as some ice and chips. We also brought some modelo beer. Aisles were clean, there was plenty of ice stocked, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant. We cater sandwiches because we have always enjoyed their sandwiches, made fresh and delicious. Highly recommend Bj's! Hope to be back soon!

I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. She did seem upset that i talked to corporate about their low stock, and it could be my luck, but especially if one wants a particular phone, it can be really frustrating if a local store don't have what one has in mind. Plus not to mention everytime i go, it seems that they always have a low stock on phones. Anyways, she also did apologize for my prior visit the day prior where i tried to return my phone and had to wait, however stated that each person needs their turn. Which i understand, however again, it's just a simple return. Also feedback: she told me that i will only get refunded for the phone and not the screen protector or case. While i accept Metro's policy, this is foolish in a sense because i don't have the same cell phone, and unless i can use the case and the screen protector on my current phone, it is kind of odd to not be able to get a refund for that. However, i got a refund for the phone and that's all that matters.Easy refund process. For anyone else, to return one has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone, you must have the credit/debit card that you used to purchase the phone with handy with you. Refunds will post from 3-5 business days (which i wasn't told, not that i didn't find out) i have my current phone where the sim card is in it from metro, so i am still using its service. May consider another location if i ever need a new phone.
