Rather than going through the basement and hooking up to the modem in the kitchen, they ran black wires on the outside of the house, up around the door frame and into the house and significantly damaged my house by drilling 30 holes into the clapboard. They can back and redid the installation the right way, but I had to have a painter come to repair the holes and paint the clapboard. It cost me $300 for this. I was told I would be reimbursed for this and have called numerous times. I get the run around. I've called many times, spoke to all different people and have been told that "the installer who did the botched installation will have to pay me out of his own pocket" -- meaning the technicians who come to your house do not work for Optimum but are subcontracted out by some other comany. I did not know this. But no one will tell me the name of the technician who came or how to get in touch with him. They continue to skirt this issue and I have not been reimbursed for damage they did to my house.

Wow and these people represent tmobile? Never have I seen such a group of unprofessional service reps It's a shame. I have been a customer at tmobile for 13 years and have 5 lines. It's sad but these two just made me go 4 stores down to Verizon. I will be transferring my business hopefully to a company that values loyalty. MR T you shouldn't be in customer service. read more

I came back the next day and brought my old phone in and let me tell you, the employees are on point!!!! They remembered my name when they greeted me, the store looked very clean and promptly got to work on setting up my new service! One of the employees Mia, helped me pick an awesome phone case that was similar to my old glitter one. I even spent a little extra on accessories to go with my new IPhone. (AirPods, Insurance (accidents happen) and the Mag Charger. I was so pleased with my service and I love my new phone. (I didn't know the differences between the Pro Max and the employee Elijah happily explained and I went with the 12 :) I am so happy with my purchase and service that I will even go in to say hello to them after I do my food shopping at Stop and Shop.
