Another $14 for something called Gateway and service fees. When I started struggling to make the payments they cut off my paying online access as if I was a child and told me if I wanted to restore services I had to call. It's so funny how when you don't pay they disconnect you but I got plenty of Optimum outages texts but I never called in and asked for a credit. Then I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told after 25 minutes of waiting that one wasn't available and they would call me back and I still haven't gotten a call back!! that's the service fee I pay for? Verizon is $840 a year for Internet. Prices go up, customer service in this entire world sucks but your paycheck stays down and they wonder why people walk around unhappy and some committing crimes!

Thank you for calling [name of (expletive) company here]. Please listen carefully as our menu options have recently changed (no they have not). Also we are experiencing higher than average call volume, which is our way of saying that we don't know the concept of "average." You get a ACTUAL PERSON (or at least a very convincing artificial intelligence), thank heck. Lastly: the night of 1/6, our speed tanked. I texted the customer support # and within minutes got an answer, and shortly thereafter our down/up speeds were back to normal. I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. I understand that they are less expensive than others, but I can't really deal with outages like this. If it happens one more time, I'll move on to a more reliable provider

While all these perks come at a higher tag, there is an astounding amount of frustration you are saving yourself from. Trust me. Every little interaction with the big corp internet providers in town will leave you feeling frustrated, empty and violated. Bway is worth every penny. In addition, they offer a static IP as a standard. You always have a dedicated reliable line. That opens up a multitude of potential.

The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.

(Remmeber that) This guy dont have 1 single clue of customer service, arrogant and the most disrespectful Tmobile employee I have ever meet. I have issues with my cellphone since Saturday., Its insured and still cover by the manufacturer's warranty. He didn't want to deal with me. He couldn't come up with a Solution for my issue, He just acted like He is the boss, and it is, what it is. He refused to give me his ID number so I could provide it to Tmobile Customer Care. In fact, laugh in my face. Great job kid. Guys like this one makes the store looks horrible. And the best of all.. it put me in a position of switching my whole family to another cell carrier.
