0 star for the sacmers! In Newark Ferry str,I brought the company's pc for service and paid for the repair. They told me it would be completed in 48 hours. They neither called nor texted me. After 48 hours I came to the store and they said that the computer is not ready and that they only found a fault. I took the computer back, they did not return the money I paid them. They are ordinary scamers. If it is urgent and important for you, DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE SCAMERS. read more

Great service! I was able to get my iphone x screen fixed in less than an hour. Paid about $120 (including tax). It would be about $280 at Best Buy and Apple. Yea, you read that right, $280!!! Overall, I had a great experience dealing with the folks at Utech Electronics. I had my PS4 repaired, which had a host of problems ranging from damaged USB ports, needing a new firmware installation, as well as the hard drive having to be replaced among other issues. They were upfront with me from the start about the issues with my console and what needed to be done to take care of it. Not only was my business valued, but I also felt welcomed when I entered their establishment. All in all, it cost me $175 to take care of the laundry list of problems my PS4 had, but Utech Electronics got the job done. Highly recommended. read more

I wouldn't recommend doing business with this store, period. I'll write my story for those who wish to read. If you don't want to read the whole thing, bottom line is AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I dropped off my husband's ipad on 8/18 for a cracked screen. I was told it would be ready 8/19. It wasn't ready until September! When we showed up the first time to pick it up, we were told that the button broke when they were trying to fix it. The store said they ordered a new button and it should be ready in one to two days. Well, two days later, when I show up, the ipad still isn't ready. At that time, I also expressed my concern that the fingerprint feature would no longer work. I asked to be called if it wasn't ready again, so I wouldn't have to drive twenty minutes, pay for parking, etc. This never happened. A few days later when I showed up again, not only was it not ready, but they sent it out to get repaired! Shouldn't they call to tell me that the ipad will be gone for several more days if I wish to get the button fixed?? Too late. In the interim, my husband bought a tablet from Amazon to hold him over, as he needed this thing for work. They also said they sent it out because I was upset about the fingerprint feature so they were trying to fix it so this could work. Every few days I would call and was told the ipad wasn't ready yet. I believe it was ready around 9/2 or 9/3. I picked it up on 9/4. When I went to try the ipad out, the fingerprint feature didn't work. I asked to speak to the manager about the price and was told he wasn't in that day. I then told an employee, Joe, that I was extremely dissatisfied and wanted a price adjustment. I suggested he called the manager. He didn't and attempted to resolve this on his own. He took off an additional percent, still leaving me with $75. I paid the $75 and am now trying to resolve this with my credit card company. I'm left with an ipad that no longer has the fingerprint feature, a button that wobbles, is super deep set and sometimes gets stuck, and an Amazon Fire that we needed to hold us over. As I was writing this review, my husband informed me that the screen is locking up on occasion. My husband now wants a new ipad because they did such a shoddy job fixing his ipad. Basically, I wouldn't trust them with a repair if my life depended on it. Apparently they guarantee their repairs for life, but I don't need them to screw his ipad up any further. In addition, their customer service is horrendous. The end. PS - Upon going back a second time and checking out all of their five star reviews, I noticed that the majority of their reviews are from people with only one review. So there's a good chance that some of their previous reviews are complete nonsense. read more

My phone looks brand new! I called ahead to place a repair order, came to the store and found easy (paid) parking across the street. My Samsung Galaxy S7 phone had a cracked screen and the staff was able to fix it in under an hour! The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly and professional, I think my broken electronics have found a new repair home. =) read more

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Took my PC for repairs and upgrade over a month ago. Which was the first and only time I actually spoke to the owner or manager or whatever he is. Basically, the person responsible for the work I needed since he was the only expert on the matter. Long story short I visited the stores on multiple occasions for a simple update on the job since he mentioned he needed to order parts to get it done and once because I wanted to add more upgrades and needed a new quote and I received the same answer. The employee always mentioned that he could not get a hold of him and that he will call me back. B@*%S!@!. Never did! How can I trust someone to do a job for me if I can even speak to them. Can't imagine getting my computer fix and then having a problem in the future and never get a hold of them. Don't go here ever! Picked up my computer and taking it elsewhere. read more

Am at U-tech right now, and they're incredible - quality, affordable, fast and really nice people. I needed to get my phone screen fixed, and they said 20 minutes, no reservation necessary. Worked like a charm, and they even gave me a promo discount! Definitely cheaper than anywhere else I had Googled, and they were really professional and threw in a free tempered glass screen protector (so hopefully I won't break it again). Not sure what happened to Leah (basically the only poor review below), but when I asked them about it, they sounded like they tried their best and were really sorry it didn't work out. I suppose she's Yelp Elite though... but I believe it when you can't be perfect always, especially in life/business/retail. Anyway, back to the review - they were amazing. Their store is super clean, with A/C, water, free wifi, seating area and good background music. It's run by apparently two young guys who care and shake hands with you. The parking in front of the street is relatively plentiful and free after 6pm. I'll definitely come back if needed (but hopefully not needed)! read more
