ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION......Not a good company. Ashely who helped us LIED to our face in reference to getting $300.00 gift card per phone line we transferred 6 LINES+$1800.00. She stated she would start the process and we would receive an email with further instructions. After a month with no emails we followed up with Ashely and she basically said there was nothing she could do (She didn't send an email). We followed up with two managers who referred us to Verizon corporate who handles all of their claims. No claim was ever filed, again we were lied too. At that point the promotion was over and we were out $1800. Do not do business with this company, A complaint with the BBB has been filed and legal actions are in the works. read more

A bad experience - The store over charged me and then when I requested process a return and give me my money back the sales rep told me "I need to leave the store now". Finally another rep completed my return. He was rude and not at all professional. He threw my printed paperwork at me. While I was in the store another person came to complain. In the end - I got what I needed from the corporate store and was charged NOTHING. They are not honest about the charges and fees and they over charge for most items. Avoid this store - its worth the travel time to go to a corporate store. read more

My visit was a positive experience because of the professional salesperson I dealt with. Ashley knows her inventory and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't feel I wanted. Terrible customer service. Went I. On a Sunday afternoon. One other customer in store. Took 15 min before we were even greeted. Once we spoke to an associate we wanted to talk over our options. Associate never returned as he serves other customer. All the while the manager never once offered to assist us. 30 minutes later we are still standing there waiting on someone to help. Manager never said a word as he basically lay on the counter and play with a ball. Angered and out of patience I politely headed to the door and thanked the manager for all his assistance. One week before Christmas I would think ur customer service would be better. read more

This is not a corporate store and they will overcharge you. Terrible customer service. Was trying to make some changes to my account and was told it was going to cost upward of $120. Ended up calling the 800 customer service number and was told the Xenia store was not a corporate retailer and that I needed to go to the Fairfield Mall location which I did. The Fairfield Mall location did everything I asked with exceptional customer service for free! read more
