Excellent quick service, a very knowledgeable and happy staff. I had a complicated switch combining services and this was the only facility (including another store and all the 1-800 numbers) that could make it work. Our technician Montgomery was patient but relentless. We are getting great reception, no dropped calls and the price is very fair. Love our new phones! Such a shady store. As a former At&t employee of 5 years, I'm appalled at their practices. I went to this store when I was still an employee visiting from out of state. Went in for a simple task which was to get a SIM card for a hotspot. We bought the At&t hotspot from Bestbuy because they wouldn't sell it without a contract( okay not the end of the world). But we went to At&t to get a sim card for it to add it to an existing line that had no contract on it. They gave us the wrong size sim card which we had to pay for( at this time At&t employees didn't have to pay for sim cards this changed later on when even employees had to pay for SIM cards) we paid just to be done with the ill mannered employee. Annoyed and frustrated we came in again for a correct sim card and they had the audacity to try charging us for their mistake, when we shouldn't have been charged at the first place. At this point I told them to look up the SIM card policy in MYCSP. To which they said they didn't know. Well I really doubt you didn't know because employees always work on each other's accounts and the sim policy was huge at that time. We left at this point without a sim card because I wasn't about to have them mess up my account. They told me they couldn't change the sim card because I'm In a grandfathered plan and it would change it. Which is false. I went to the authorized retail store across the street paid them the SIM card fee and was out in 5 mins. This store made me realize why so many people compare phone stores to used car dealerships. read more

They were unable to provide the service that was sold to us, then had the audacity to charge a $45 fee for the unit in which they couldn't provide the service for. The manager was a complete waste of time, and said he couldn't do anything about the charge, and could only apologize for not being able to provide the service they sold us. I wish 0 stars was an option. read more

The manager Moufassa is absolutely amazing! The reps that helped us were very helpful. If you do not schedule an appointment online you will have a very long wait. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Per the previous rating, where the woman said that the man was standing around taking names, that is his job to get people on the waiting list. My suggestion is go to ATT.com and schedule an appointment before going in. I would also suggest avoiding the AT&T authorized retailer down the road because they are extremely rude and charge $20 for a Sim card. read more

Horrible wait time... If you go outside of the store for any reason during your 60 minute wait time and they call you by name, you're out of luck.. Had no clue when it was my turn. Might as well have a piece of paper to sign people in instead of a tablet. If you're going to use a tablet, then text us when you're ready or if we're next instead of wondering around the store trying to find who's next. You're supposed to be a technology store so act like it. Oh wait, after waiting for over an hour, the new sign in person took a couple's number and said she will text them when they are third in line. I guess that option is for certain people and I'm not one of them. After that, I noticed them helping someone that came in after me. I asked someone what's going on--the lady was friendly but I was irritated about my wasted time in this store. Turns out they had a small screen in a corner with names and my name was not on it when she showed it to me. She helped me with one of the problem and I left.
