We called Ray's when we were having trouble starting our snowblower. We did a quick Google search…read moreand Ray's came up and was local for us and we gave them a call. They gave us a date and time that was very convenient and showed up on time and sent several text messages confirming our appointment. The technician put our snowblower on his truck and serviced it right on the spot. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and the tech was great keeping us informed what the repairs would be. We would definitely recommend Ray's and will be using them for any of our lawn mower or snowblower needs in the future.

I cannot understand why they have so many communication issues at this location. Maybe they cater…read moreto farmers and don't care as much about residential mower customers, or maybe the staff is not well trained, but on multiple occasions I have ordered parts or had my mower picked up for service and never get a call on the status. I purchased the mower at a JD dealer so it isn't the big box store model... yet still zero communication from this location. I've also had staff members tell me that my mower was too old (it's 10 years old, used 25x per year and cost $4K). Hopefully the owners will get customer service training for the staff. They also do not monitor email, nor do they have voicemail.

I cut a little section of the lawn by the side of my house and it wasn't running right. It ran out of gas and I went to get gas, but stopped to pull some weeds, when I got back to the lawnmower, it was up in flames. Totally destroyed by a huge fire. They claim that it wasn't their fault and they are not going to do anything about it. Kind of strange how it catches fire after they totally checked out the lawnmower and fixed anything that was wrong with it. I seriously doubt that it was returned to me in perfect working condition. Take a look at the photos and you judge if this looks like it was repaired properly. Keep in mind that if you do buy a John Deere Mower that there are parts and repair instructions that are not made available so you have to go back to them and they do overcharge for everything. I am happy to show everyone the quality of their repairs. I can thank them for almost killing me and setting my house on fire.

First the kid they sent to pick my kubota could not figure out how to load it on the truck, glad I was home to do it for him..I paid in full before seeing the invoice, HUGE MISTAKE, I then contacted Oscar many times with no invoice sent to me, so I put a cc dispute, seems they got paid anyway with one of the charges on the invoice I finally recieved as various other repairs??? also was double charged for a flasher assembly which they did take off the bill after it was paid.. the owner Brian was mad because I didn't get a chance to return his call as I was filling in for a person at my job and working 16 hour days and simply didn't have a second to call him back.. point is, "various other repairs" does not help me to understand what was actually repaired to try to prevent it happening again. Last time I will ever take it there for service...
