Unfortunately, we would have to deal with this woman again because it was too cold to ship them. This time around, she is saying rude things to my sister about how this is the fourth time we are doing this we should know what we need because the flight carrier didn't give us all the information she requested. I didn't ask to be stationed in Hawaii and having to do all of this extra paperwork to have my cats here. God forbid there was slight miscommunication between myself and my family about flight information. Though if you're going to make comments about our lack of info on your paperwork, don't try to tell my family we can't ship them here when you aren't updated on the quarantine regulations and are misinformed on things yourself. I regret ever initiating care with this clinic due to this receptionist. Learn some professionalism and to not outwardly project annoyances to paying customers. The care of the animals was, from my understanding, excellent. It's unfortunate the front desk is staffed by such a rude person.

Friday morning I immediately began looking for a vet and Ely clinic said they could see him at 3. I drove 2 hours and arrived at 1. I let them know we were in town and they brought him right in even though it was early. I got a call to pick him up at 2:45 - 15 minutes before he was even scheduled to be seen! I can't say how much I appreciated their approach and willingness to help us. All at an extremely reasonable price. We live in the cities and I might just make sure I take him there if needed even though it's 4 hours away. I highly recommend them! Our dog is doing great, he's a senior and we were prepared we might not be bringing him home

I wasn't able to get a hold of my local vets office, and grand rapids vet got him in very quickly! Despite the wounds being several days old, they were able to clean and stitch the wounds and his ear looks great! They also offered same day neutering for him since he was already being sedated, which I gladly accepted!! They were so kind and thoroughly explained everything. Kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me up to date on his progress! I now have a new regular vet clinic!! The staff were all wonderful!
