Since we are going to have a house full, we decided that it would be great if we could. Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. After leaving several more messages I spoke w/ a man who said they were waiting for a part for the cleaner - that was a month ago - and that he'd call when they'd fixed the machine. So far, nada. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional.
