Then stated that they charge $75 for a consultation fee. I stated that I didn't want to pay for a consultation fee, and that I've had three other estimates and none required I pay. He laughed at me, and stated its because they "have the best prices". Honestly, I did hang up at that point. I can't stand a lack of customer service. They failed to read the email, were worried about their marketing, and make claims to having the best price, but want to charge customers straight off the bat. Not impressed.
