He calls at least once a year to discuss ways to lower our rates. To make sure that we have the correct coverage for our needs, and he calls just to tell us when our rates go down. He is one of the most honest and kind people. All the people that work in the office are amazing and kind. They are always helpful and they get things done quickly. Very quickly. Love this insurance agent and the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else, even if it was less expensive (but it's not because he gets us amazing rates)! Couldn't ask for better.
