this is a new RV park, so trees are still young. But the grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is terrific if you need any assistance; they are eager to help. This is not a 'resort'. There are no mature trees, one patch of grass, a half a*sed / unsafe children's swing set, a couple of fire pits and an office that is sometimes open from 9-2. Other than that there are no amenities. There is no pool/hot tub, no showers/public restroom. she'll tell you there are laundry services you just have to give her a week in advance.... Yeah good luck with that. You'll end up having to drive the 30 minutes into vernal to do your laundry. The power consistently went out during our stay, so if you do have to end up here be sure to have a surge protector and hopefully you have a solar system/backup generator. You'll need it. The water seems very dirty, and will stain your sinks and showers even with a good filtration system. The water pressure is very high (not a bad thing really just not very good for camper plumbing) so also make sure you've got a regulator. Certainly do not make friends with anyone in the rv park, and certainly do not hang out with them. The owner has cameras pointing into just about every camp spot, (not a bad thing, just inappropriately used) watching every single thing everyone does, and then gossiped to me about what others staying there are doing that pisses her off and about how she is going to kick them out. Very odd and unprofessional way to run a business. The rv park always stinks because it's directly in front of a famers field (not the farmers fault that it makes the rv park smell awful, but they laid manure down in their fields every evening for a good month or more straight) it's extremely unpleasant to be outside, and of course there's always a LOT of mosquitos but that's a given being next to the river. this should be your last choice of an rv park if you're staying in the area. Randal decided to take it upon himself to write a terrible review & I'd like to mediate this. He was here for 48 hours, and it was by far a 0 star experience having him as a neighbor. Washing his dog in my yard, and keeping his dog completely off leash to let his dog do its business four times without picking it up. (Don't worry Randal I picked up for you.) Leaving me (also a guest) a bag of his own dog's feces to take to the trash, under his assumption that it was my dogs. I watched his dog do its business in my lot and he approached me saying I need to pick up my dog's business so we don't have "conflict". Let me say this. Conflict started as soon as you pulled in sir. I fortunately did not get to have words with him because he left by the time I got back. You're lucky on that end. Mind you, he called the manager absolutely tearing her to shreds. So no I don't think Randal's "review" should even count. read more

Wow don't be fooled. They call themselves an RV resort but fall extremely short, especially considering the high rates charged for a theoretical resort. Campground sites are all gravel, no tables, no fire pit and advertised high-speed internet that is up and down so much it is unusable. Our lot when we arrived as well as our neighbors' lots were full of dog feces attracting unbearable amounts of flies. Forcing us to clean up others problems. The "resort" charges a $25 pet fee but does nothing to enforce a cleanup other than "take the money and run" policy and deflect the problem leaving customers distinctly frustrated. Camp manager is rarely on site during their ridiculous hours of 9-2, leaving the laundry and other "Resort" features mostly unavailable. She is a champion denier and excuse maker so good luck with this one. I strongly recommend avoiding this one like upcoming plague it might encounter. read more
