For many years, I have hated the size and my body when I look in the mirror. I never wanted larger breasts than I asked for. Dr. Lo is misogynistic and uses patriarchal control over women to get what he wants and to get his after photos to his liking; disregarding a woman's mental health, bodily autonomy and well being. Here I am, and for many years I have not had the money to fix them to how I personally wanted them originally. For myself. I have been in a lot of emotional pain for many years. (As well as a sub muscular tear which made my breast migrate into my armpit. I know the size must have contributed. I have never lifted heavy weights). I wanted to have small breasts all along and I believe I'd look great with them. Dr Lo's opinion of how he thinks a woman's body should look is degrading and speaks volumes about the type of man he is. A woman's voice is SO IMPORTANT when going under the knife, under anesthesia. No matter the shape or size of a woman, we glow most beautifully when we love ourselves in our body, get to have our own independence and be able to think for ourselves. No man should be able to take over you as soon as he puts you out and make MAJOR life altering decisions. Do not trust Dr. Lo with your body, he is just going to do what he wants or what he thinks "looks better" for you. And you might just wake up confused, in pain and unhappy for the next 20 years.

Only reason why I am giving two stars is because the initial breast augmentation was aesthetically…read morepleasing. Otherwise, one star would be left. I do not know where to start. Wide eyed and bushy tailed, I walked into my initial consultation several years ago and inquired about breast implants. I was determined to not have scars (shame on me for not doing more research; however, I trusted the "professionals"). They're great until something goes wrong or you are unhappy. First of all, under the armpit incisions are not the best way to go about putting something into the chest cavity. I mentioned I had some nerve damage and couldn't feel my entire arm down to my pinky for a year post procedure and was told this was caused by something else (not true) it was nerve damage from the implants, which has left me with numbness and arm pain to this day. The implants were also slightly squished after getting an MRI and were too large for my body as a whole. Almost immediately after I had this procedure, I experienced a wide array of symptoms, starting with the nerve damage, numbness and hair loss. I was a bodybuilder prior to the procedure and afterwards, could not do push ups or chest workouts anymore due to the damage they caused. The implant would freeze and almost cramp on the side I had issues with. After three years of Breast Implant Illness symptoms and nearly my entire body shutting down, I knew I had to do something after ruling nearly everything else out. I called and asked if Dr. Lo did implant removal and was told I could come in for a consultation. At this point, I was desperate to just have my life back. It was so bad that I could barely walk some days - from brain inflammation, to mitochondrial damage, hair loss, food allergies, brain fog, the list goes - Breast Implant Illness IS REAL. I went in for my consultation and was nearly in tears because I could hardly function and never knew what the day would bring only to have Dr. Lo smirk and mock what I was telling him. I said "are you mocking me?" And he stated he is a traditional doctor and treats symptoms. He said he could do the removal then back tracked and referred me to someone else (who I did not go to because any referral from a Doctor who mocks and laughs at you in a time of need is not one I would trust). His bedside manner during a time of distress and desperation was deplorable. My mother was in the room with me and she was nearly in tears afterward with the way he spoke and belittled my reality. I am floored that this is the way he treated someone who simply wanted to know the options for removal. There are tens of thousands of women whose bodies reject implants and if a doctor is too ignorant to recognize this then I would walk the other way. I would never recommend him to anyone. I ended up having them removed with a doctor in Bucks County and finally have my life back. YES the SYMPTOMS that you claim to "treat" have diminished and some completely disappeared already. If you treat "symptoms" then understand THE IMPLANTS were the issue because I feel like a human being again and everything has nearly gone away six months later. Wake up to the reality that implants are not safe and check your bedside manner.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cross and everyone at Cross Medical Group…read more From my very first consultation through my surgery and recovery, I have felt incredibly cared for. I went into this experience hoping to feel confident about my decision to have a deep plane facelift and neck lift with fat grafting, but what I didn't expect was just how personal the entire experience would feel. From the moment I walked into the office, I am greeted by the warmest and most welcoming front desk staff. They remember me every time I come in, and that familiarity makes such a difference. You never feel like just another patient. That feeling of being genuinely known and cared for continues throughout the practice, especially with Dr. Cross' surgical nurses, "The Hannas," and Sierra. They were incredible from the very beginning. They answered every question I had, reassured me whenever I needed it, and somehow always seemed to anticipate what I might need before I even thought to ask. I always felt like someone was looking out for me. Of course, I was thrilled with my results, but it was actually an unexpected experience during my recovery that made me appreciate Dr. Cross on an entirely different level. Four weeks after my surgery, I was involved in an accident and fell flat on my face, breaking my nose. I was incredibly upset and scared, especially because I was still recovering from my facelift and neck lift. Without hesitation, Dr. Cross stepped in to help me. He certainly did not have to, as the accident had nothing to do with my surgery, but he immediately made sure I was okay and helped me navigate what had happened. I will never forget how quickly he responded or how much reassurance that gave me during an otherwise frightening situation. That experience really showed me that his commitment to his patients goes far beyond the procedure itself. That same level of care was evident from the very beginning. Dr. Cross has an impeccable bedside manner and is one of the most kind, patient, and compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to listen, never makes you feel rushed, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about how you feel as well as how you look. He is incredibly committed to achieving the very best possible result for each of his patients, and that commitment is evident in everything he does. One of the things that touched me most was something that happened before I even had the opportunity to see my results. Dr. Cross personally came to see me the morning after my surgery just to check on me. I had never experienced anything like that with a doctor before. It was such a simple, personal gesture, but it meant so much to me and immediately reinforced that I had chosen the right surgeon. Looking back, I realize that what makes Cross Medical Group so special isn't just Dr. Cross' surgical skill or the results he achieves. It is the people and the way they make you feel throughout the entire process. There is a genuine sense that everyone, from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Cross himself, is invested in you, your experience, your safety, and your results. I am BEYOND grateful that I chose Dr. Cross and the team at Cross Medical Group. I absolutely love my results, but I am just as grateful for the care, kindness, and support I received along the way. I would recommend Cross Medical Group to anyone considering aesthetic services or surgery without hesitation. You are not just choosing a surgeon; you are choosing a team that will truly be there for you from start to finish. I could not be more thankful for the experience I had.

A lot of the places I called only did beauty treatments and not an actual medical office. Dr.Ehrlich educated me on the human skin and how scarring works in detail, unlike some doctors who tell you no medical explanations. I also asked him a bunch of other random questions about the human skin and Dr.Ehrlich never looked annoyed or hurried me out the door. He told me he could re-glue my cut but wouldn't see much improvement since my cut is pretty small, and the it seemed to be glued pretty tight. He gave me advice on how I can minimize scarring, and I checked back in months later for follow up. He was right and it did not scar a lot, and I was happy with it. But most importantly, he let me have a peace of mind that it's going to be fine while I was waiting for to heal. I'd definitely recommend Dr.Ehrlich if you get any kind of cut where you don't want it to get botched, he seemed to have extensive knowledge and experience.

Its taken several years for me to work up the courage to write this review. When I was a toddler I…read morewas in an accident that left me with some lumpy scar tissue and a droop/asymmetry in my right eye. It was a relatively minor issue but with age (29 years old at the time I first visited this office) I noticed it becoming more prominent and it was uncomfortable to fully open my eyes. I visited doctor Brenman, who talked a really big talk and claimed he could resolve the issue with a quick, simple in-office procedure. He smeared other doctors, stating that they would want to do a more invasive procedure that would be too much risk and/or mess up the appearance of my eyes (irony incoming). When I asked about potential complications I was told issues are extremely rare, that there would just be some bruising in the area for a few weeks, and that if there were any issues I could come back in and he would resolve it for free. Fast forward to today, and I've spent the past several years in and out of doctors offices, flying across the country consulting with some of the worlds best eye specialists. Why? My face is scarred, I have serious damage to the tendons in my eyes, permanent damage to eye function leading to terrible eye pain/dryness, and a host of other serious, practically unfixable problems with my eyes. I'm currently having to weigh the possibility of major reconstructive surgery on my eyes/face because of the severity of damage done by Dr. Brenman's simple procedure. The past few years have been a living hell and, at just 30 years old at the time of surgery, I've got a whole lifetime of dealing with it ahead. However, that's not the worst part. The worst part is the conduct of Dr. Brenman and his staff throughout the ordeal. His staff was unqualified and unresponsive, when I finally saw him his response was "well you have to be kind of close to you to notice". When I brought up the things I had learned from having to visit eye specialists he struggled to answer even basic questions, which is terrifying for the patient. The funny thing was, after he blamed his staff for the poor handling of the situation, he said "I always run toward my patients, not away from them", after which point I could never reach him again - no response to emails, calls to the office, nothing - even when things took a turn for the worse and I reached out terrified of what was happening to my eyes. Wow. To this date his staff have been unable to provide any operative reports, which are legally required in the state of Pennsylvania, claiming they don't exist. The only thing they could provide is a one page generic consent form with no useful information on it. This is amongst a host of other issues to the point this is just scratching the surface of my problems with this office. To add insult to injury, the specialists I've spoken to have said this isn't the result of some freak complication or bad luck, but rather Dr. Brenman's course of action was entirely inappropriate for my situation, and it was predictable that this would happen. Had I visited an oculoplastic surgeon (a specialization I had no idea existed at the time) this would have likely been a simple procedure with virtually zero risk of these kinds of complications. Rather Dr. Brenman utilized techniques that are outdated (not even recently outdated, outdated as far back as the 1980s/90s) and entirely inappropriate for someone of my age/exhibiting my symptoms. If you read my review and still want to go here I suspect nothing will sway you but the last thing I'll say is on a more personal note. You can't imagine the emotional impact of being a young person with messed up eyes and scarring on your face. It affects everything - relationships, dating, friends, socializing, your career, your family, everything. Exercise the utmost caution here or anywhere else. Don't let a Doctor's bravado convince you that any procedure, medical or cosmetic, is simple or without risk.
