Place had 4 or 5 pre made sandwiches and 4 bagels. I could have lived with that but when I poured a coffee it was barely warm. I asked the lady with the pink and brown hair (& pretty eyes) If there was any other coffee and she said no. Didn't offer to warm it up or nothing- then added "we change it out at noon". She should stick with cleaning restrooms and be kept away from customers . Wish I had realized there was a Stewart's " x the road sooner. The new cashier was nice and called her shift manager. we were polite even tho we were worried. she offered free fountain drink while we waited. shift manager wouldn't get out of his car or speak to us. He called state troopers. we found out he towed our truck because it was parked two hours or more. He told state troopers that he did not want us back on the property. state troopers agreed with us and didn't understand why he didn't want us returning to that business. anybody else would of been rude and yelling when their vechicle was missing. we were polite and still banned. state trooper did offer my son and I ride home. This is not a family based business.

We broke down on I-88 in Worcester, Ny, 0n one of the hottest days so far this year. After waiting…read more2 hours for AAA to respond we gave up and called 911. They contacted "Approved Towing" of Oneonta and they were there in about an hour. We need to tires for our Camper trailer due to the fact they both blew out at the same time. "Approved" went to get the tires and rims, all mounted, and came out with them in about 1 hour. Shortly there after we were on our way. "THANKS AGAIN APPROVED Towing". Great guy to work with, Definitely recommend if you need help. Price wasn't bad given the circumstances.
