I first went to the Studio for the teeth whitening. While that was being done I had the chance to take a look around. Very clean and Serge sounded very knowledgeable as he helped customers. My mother is a beautician so I have been around a lot of shops. This one was top notch with state of the art equipment. I went back a few months later for a haircut and color. I tried calling this studio and got hung up on a few times then I was told to fuck off!! I do not recommend this studio !!

The first photo is what I originally asked for but after being told by the owner that the results would be too "unpredictable" and take multiple visits, I showed him the second photo and was assured that the color would be feasible. However, at some point during my appointment without my knowledge or consent, the owner decided that he would, in fact, just go ahead and try to accomplish the first style I had asked for - even though HE told it WOULD NOT WORK. All other photos are the result of the decision he made. The next night I decided to dye my hair back to a normal shade and I contacted the owner in tears that night because I was so embarrassed by my hair and I explained that I just wanted my money back. He refused. I was told that I was "happy" with my hair when I left the salon. FYI happy people don't drop $200 on their hair only to box dye it back to their "natural" color the very next night. Also, literally no woman ever spends that much money to still have untouched gray hairs and brassy orange hair at the end of the appointment. Also, the owner made it a point on Facebook to mention that I must have been happy because I left a "big tip". So, to clarify, I left a 20% tip as I always do because I thought I might have been inwardly overreacting to such a hair change and I thought the next morning after I washed and styled it that I would feel better about the situation. I didn't. What should matter isn't the tip that I left or the fact that I seemed "happy" - which, btw, he knew I wasn't happy because he gave me purple shampoo to take out the "brassiness" and told me he'd put toner on my hair if I still wasn't happy in a week - it should matter that I called the next night explaining through tears that I was having to dye my hair back and just wanted my money back. read more

Great haircut. I have short hair and I'm very particular about how I look. I'm short and sassy and I want my hair to say just that. Serge is easy to talk to and great with scissors. I'm very pleased with the overall experience. I will be a repeat customer. I do recommend Versace Salon for your hair care needs while you're here in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.
