Read all the reviews!My hair was Finally growing back after cancer. I went for a platinum card and had extensions. 2 pieces of scrap hair wefts leftover from someone else .The color didn't even match!The highlights are not platinum. They are gold and very spotted. What we stylists call tiger stripes! I Was ecstatic to get the extensions I waited 6 hrs for the stylist Tracy- she worked on me for 15 min after waiting all day . I was there 8 hour the first day waited 6 hours for the extensions that were not right. She asked me to return the next day. When I returned she acted all happy to adjust them but took them out instead. Told me they would refund me. I went to the desk crying it wasn't about the money! It was my birthday I had friends coming in for a party the next day.Other stylists I had not seen since my illness! They had no intention of returning my money anyways. Once you leave (I never should have left the night before , especially since I paid almost 800.00 ) The girl did put them in again she was extremely rude and nasty about it- after I told the manager I had a party and I didn't want my money back . I just wanted to feel good after losing all my hair and celebrate my birthday with my friends! My friends were appalled at my hair! This TRACY deliberately sewed them at my temple area really tight, which caused pain and it looked like 2 long cocker spaniel ears on each side of my head!! She obviously doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't care about her reputation as a stylist because her name was on my head! My friends removed my dog ears and fixed the tiger stripes. I have since found a wonderful place in Panama City! I don't care what I spend as I myself did hair for 37 years before I got sick but I never made anyone cry. I always took great pride in making people look and FEEL better!I did see some great work by 2 other stylists in the 12 hours between the two days I sat waiting but the rudeness and ignorance from several of the staff makes this the most TOXIC salon I've ever been to! I trusted this place because it looked so fancy and was voted the best salon in Panama City. Anyone can vote their company the best! Listen to the people look at all the reviews and if you go DON'T pay unless you're happy! I'm not the only one they asked to come back the next day. I did dispute the charge but banks only go by a finished service. It never was about the money for me but that is obviously the only thing these nasty girls care about!! I'm enclosing pictures of my hair before it was fixed - you can see the nice orange tiger stripes and that the extension does not blend! This was supposed to be a platinum card which pretty much means all blonde! Again do your research this place has some really SAD reviews!! They should be ashamed! read more

Terrible. To make matters worse, the owner retaliated against me during my review, using my name. Typically, and owner or manager prefers to SEE the hair before blindly jumping to perfection conclusions. She claimed I was a threat? I threat to their safety? She claimed they ended their "professional relationship with me." No, the salon ghosted me, after frying my hair, I politely left a message for the stylist to determine if I should purchase a product from her or would she recommend I come in for a conditioning treatment. No reply, no reply...came close to the 7 week mark for me to return, I politely called for the date. (It was turned orange from heavy blonde highlights my first visit and all considering I think I took it very well, turning it back blonde in the same treatment, probably didn't do my hair any favors. Yes, I returned a second time. Color was only ok, but the cut was horrible. In addition she did a razor trim around my face, and ALL stylists know even if I mention in advance my hair can't take it, they ALWAYS agree, and say "I wouldn't ever do that to your hair." So, there again, extra frizz. I was treated poorly at my first checkout. The kept snickering at the tip amount, which included surcharge & I think tax as well (on labor only). I was VERY uncomfortable the 2nd time, she was constantly distracted by others coming to her asking if she could take walk ins...well, when I arrived early, she told me she was running late...and asked if I booked on line or with her. I reminded her I booked with her. Hence, another "partial" which is why I say the color was only ok. The owner claims I made them feel unsafe??!! She had to set boundaries? I read this to the PCPD police officer. I am disabled, I have had 2 strokes, I kept reminding Donna about my back (now in PT for), also my eyes as I have dry eye syndrome frm bad surgery, I'm exactly 5' tall and a Sr. citizen. I wasn't the one running around with scissors either! I spoke only to Donna...no one else aside from the hecklers @ check out, called a stylist from decades back she sd just give the tip directly to Donna and tell her how they treated you. DONE I did go to another salon, she did fix the color, she did see the horrible cut, she also fixed that, and she also put a deep conditioning treatment & shine treatment on it. I was very happy and she has a 5 star review for doing so. A threat? Boundaries? Cut off our relationship? No, they simply didn't ever answer the phone - I sd I was going to have to block them from my CC because I wasn't liable for a $50 no show fee. Again, I called, the only loop dead end response I received was "Donna is booked out" it was rather creepy. Nothing professional at all on their end. No decorum, no remorse, no apology. I suggest all their lowest star reviews be looked at & note there is a theme to the treatment of people they don't have 5 or even 4.9 stars. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I very recently bought a wig due to losing at least half of my hair, with no end in sight. I needed to get the wig trimmed because the ends were on the thin side & I also wanted it thinned out because it was too thick for me. A friend recommended Paradigm Salon so I called them & told them my situation & they asked me a few questions as well. They were so nice & accommodating! My appointment was with Sophia & she was so compassionate & reassuring! After discussing with her what I what my wig goals were, she let me know every step of the way what she was about to do & if was ok with it or if I wanted her to cut more or less. She really made me feel comfortable & that I was in good hands. I'd recommend the salon & Sophia 1000x's over! read more
