'Tis the season to get your nails done! I had the NextGen done on my nails today and they turned out great. It took a long time to have them down (about an hour) which was a little surprising but the nail tech who was doing them was a bit of a perfectionist, which I think can be a good thing. The environment is very calm (with the best music playlist - if only I could always start my day to some Whitney Houston!) and clean. They keep it very sanitary. I went with two co-workers and we did have to make an appointment two days in advance as it books pretty fast. With the time of year right now, it could just mean that they are very busy. as soon as you tell the staff youre not happy with how your manicure or color is looking, they got mad even if you show since the beginning what color and job you're expecting, after all they didn't finish the job as they should. I'm actually so disappointed that I've only now found out that this place had new owners. (Previous owner was rude and really had no further looks on this salon) The new owners are awesome. They've helped me out and scheduled an appointment on my desire which warms my heart. The specialists that I've met is so kind and pleasing. I was asked to my desire if I want hand massage and on top of that they had feet massage (really don't know what that machine is called ) Im blown away by how focused and neat the specialist was. You can tell right away that they have professionals working! Trust on me, with the pricing on this difficult COVID situation, they are worth 100% (they're pricing has not been changed, which is very welcomed haha) I also want to thank the owners and specialist for following COVID-19 regulations, from wearing a mask to cleaning the salon daily. I went in today to use a $75 gift certificate. I received a pedicure and when I went to pay I was told that because the certificate was over a year old it was no longer valid. I explained that with Covid they were closed for quite a few weeks. Plus NO WHERE on the gift certificate does it say it expires in a year. (It's been 13 months). She finally told me that the pedicure would be covered but the remaining balance would not be honored. So I got an ok pedicure for $75. In my opinion that's not a great way for a small business to foster good will. I will never go back and neither will my 3 teenage daughters. *****To respond to the owner's reply, the word you used over and over again was that the gift card "expired". The fact that the card was purchased while the shop was owned by someone else is not my concern. If you are operating under the same name as far as I am concerned it is the same business. You acted like you had now power in the situation even though I showed you the receipt for $75. Only when I pressed you for a way to contact the owner did you reveal that it was indeed you. I am out the balance of the gift card so you did me no favors. Congratulations on handling the situation the way you did. Very inconsistent. It was relaxing and good one time and then not. I went 3, maybe 4 times. They are very skimpy with time and rushed the pedicures. It is very easy to get an appointment, but that should have been a warning. I'm a jam maybe but not going to be my regular place. read more

I've been looking forever to find someone that will do ombré nails. Yoslyn is the best! Every nail salon that I would call in the Wellington area said they couldn't do ombré nexgen nails. My shape is always perfect and he just does a great job each and every time. 4 stars because one of the receptionist's with curly hair and glasses has no idea what customer service means and if it weren't for Charlie I would stop getting my nails done there for that reason. read more

3 hours and left thick, uneven, bubble filled nails. Tried to ask Tech to even things out and fix the major imperfections. She poured (literally) cuticle oil on my nails and told me to wash it off if I didn't like the oil, she was too busy. Tech then moved on to her next client. Ouch. Paid to avoid a scene. Regret not asking to see the owner. Went in for gorgeous Nexgen manicure - left with a disaster. I will be having them redone by another salon and will not return. read more

Ownership changed, mostly new employees and NOT what it used to be. I gave this salon 3 chances with a nextgen Mani and a regular pedicure and all 3 times I was not happy with some aspect or another. I happened to notice this salon while going to breakfast next door one day. They are a new salon, have been open for less then a month. They are offering special prices right now so I decided to give them a try. I got a regular mani/pedi and was very happy with it. Employees are super nice and take their time which I like. They are not looking to get you in and out like most places. Salon is clean and offers a great selection of colors. I will definitely be a return customer even when their prices increase. Pricing is comparable to all other salons. They use a nice sugar scrub with the pedi and also massage your neck and shoulders as part of the service which was awesome! read more

Been doing acrylic tips and fills for 30 years and had the absolute worst nail experience of my life today with Candy. DO NOT SEE HER! At one point I had to file my own nails so she could see what scroval shape was?! She was downright nasty from the ghetto and told me she never heard of that and she'd have to charge me extra for for the shape I wanted! She cut two of my fingers with the file and finally I had to ask for someone else to finish my nails. Okay so the nails were okay but I asked for an arm wax and it was literally the worst arm wax I've ever gotten. They clearly did not know how to do it, I basically had to direct them on where to put the wax, they left huge patches undone, covered my arms in oil to remove extra wax, and spilled wax on my shirt. I would like to post my experience at this location. My technician was excellent and yes the location was very clean. However I want to discuss the owner of this establishment. She is rude beyond measure treating customers with disrespect. Yesterday I was seated next to my mother when my mother called to ask to reschedule and she told my mother off! I was appalled that during these times this woman would speak to customers in such a manner. Today I happened to go to the same establishment without realizing it and I notice a woman wearing a mask on and off and when she had it on, she would leave her nose exposed. I kindly asked her to please wear her mask appropriately and she got very nasty with me informing she was a doctor and she knew what she was doing! Little did she know I am a nurse and I told her that I am well educated on the appropriate way to wear a mask and I do not appreciate her trying to excuse her behavior. That if indeed she is a doctor then shame on her for not protecting others when it is in her oath. She continued to try and excuse her actions in a very disrespectful tone and that is when I told her I would leave a review informing the community. Please stick up for your safety and don't be afraid to ask others to stand 6 feet away from you or to wear their masks appropriately. I have been going to the salon for approx. 8 - 9 months. It is a good distance from me being there are so many local salons by me. I liked the newness, cleanliness & massage. My regular tech is in China and I have been using fill ins. On my last visit I was informed that I had 800 points which entitled me to a green tea pedicure for free. I called last night and made an appointment for my pedicure and nexgen. I was given 2 different techs. On my way to the spa I received a "bad" phone call that I had to be at a dr.s with my husband by 2:00 pm in Boca. I asked how long it would take and was told approx. 45 minutes for each.. My nail tech did not speak one word of english. I didn't understand why he didn't do anything different from my regular pedicure. I asked the "manager" who said that he didn't tell him to use the parafon (which I thought was part of my special treatment; I had no idea what I was getting). Then when I went for my manicure my tech disappeared. I told the "manager" that my appt. had been 11:45 and it was 12:15 and I had an emergency today. I also informed that I was in a very stressed mood with the bad news I had received. He said I should go and get my tech (who was nowhere in sight). When he did my nails he did all to get me out there quickly and said that he had to eat. When i went to pay and was charged full fee. I was informed that the 800 points I had acquired for the free pedicure changed since yesterday to 900 points.. Can you believe that... And, they took 200 points off for the parafon. The "manager" came over and was rude and uncaring about whether I ever came back again or not. Embarrassed me in front of all his clients and staff as they had no idea what was going on... I asked him why he would want a bad review... He said he didn't care. I asked for an owner and all of a sudden he was the owner. As a business owner myself I think 100 x before being negative to any company... I just checked the Florida business records and he is not the owner. I hope that the owner gets to see this and how "her" business is being run.... Just a shame that I really needed a little treat time to myself today and was treated so badly.... read more
