I visited this establishment for a last minute appointment due to my regular salon not having any available. I was serviced quickly and didn't feel rushed at all. The provider took over 2 hours to do my Nexgen mani and gel pedi. He was gentle and patient. However one of my nails did break the very next day. I walked in that same day and Lynn who I believe runs the shop took me right away and fixed my nail free of charge. She is just the sweetest! They have very reasonable prices as well, my services wasn't over $100. Will definitely return here. read more

I've been coming here since 2021, they consistently do a great job. They remain busy and for good reason.

Nail fetish is an ok place I i used to like it a lot better but lately every time I go in either it's way to busy and the wait is like 2hrs or the person doing my nails completely messes them up. I personally love gel manicures and one day I grew my nails to the the length of the picture attached, regardless I went in and was very specific that I wanted my nails to be well ttaken care of since they were my own nails that took me 3 months to grow, the lady said ok. The problem is I don't know what exactly she did to my nails a couple days go by and they all broke off to my bare fingers ! I wAs really upset. read more

The chair I was in was very outdated, they need new chairs. The cushion was so thin I felt like I was sitting on a concrete bench! The nail tech was nice but rushed my pedicure. I definitely don't like having my toes done in front of the other ladies waiting. I love a more private pedicure where your in a separate area from the waiting guests. Sure, I have some places closer to where I live or work, but why chance disappointment, when it's not inconvenient at all? The service is friendly, fast and excellent! They are not overpriced, give full service and everything is clean and sterilized. They are on top of cleaning the pedicure tubs as soon as someone steps away from it. Great variety of gel manicure colors and regular nail colors. Spacious, they haven't tried to cram as many chairs as possible into this place, so you never feel crowded. I'm new to the area and have been looking for my new regular nail salon. I love to do nail art and always research ahead of time, and liked what I saw so far! I just walked out on them, which I never do, but even tho I had an appt, it didn't matter, I had to sign in and wait and the place was packed! Not very clean and not a friendly staff at all as well. I am very disabled, I struggle walking with a cane and will be having my 3rd back surgery on the 18th, and just had my 2nd neck surgery a few months ago. I needed a tissue and asked for one, was told to walk to end of salon and grab a rough paper towel for myself. I sat bk down and waited some more. Even appts were treated as walk-ins. To me, an appt is for my time, at that time, with my nail tech, no? I'm 3 weeks overgrown, I have a broken nail, and two that have been lifting so I've been gluing them. They are too long now so I'm having a hard time functioning and trying to baby them until I can get them fixed. I also needed a pedicure b4 I go in for my surgery, I can't do my toes myself anyway, and was just wanting to pamper myself today, not sit there all day in pain wondering when they would get to me. This has been the nail salon that I have been going to for the past 2 years and I have never been disappointed. I have had my nails done by every nail tech there from a mani to a pedi, acrylics, NexGen, gel, etc. They have also done my 9 year olds nails with such patience and gentleness. When I'm on a time crunch and need to be in and out in a quicker than usual time frame, I call ahead and make an appointment to sit with Amy and she is wonderful! She is so talented. I personally always get the long stiletto nail shape and it's hard fo find a place that knows how to shape and sharpen them properly and from my first visit to my most recent 3 weeks ago (yes, I only have to go once a month!), my nails are always my best accessory. Found this place after I had made an appointment at my favorite nail salon and they left me waiting over a half hour even though I made an appointment. So I found this place which is near by and I'm glad I did because they have great prices and even though the place had people waiting, the wait wasn't more than a couple of minutes for a walk in gel manicure. They did a good job and they're prices are great too. If my manicure lasts as long as it should I'll def be back. read more

First time here and I would definitely come back. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn't have an appointment and my wait time was barely 10 minutes. I came to have nexgen French with a coffin shape. It turned out amazing. Amy made sure the shape was good and that everything was even. I was a bit nervous since I usually only do solid nexgen colors but she did a great job. My nails are gorgeous! I've been to a lot of nail salons and most of them do a horrible job, but this place is a jem! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Prices are decent too. I didn't feel like I was being overcharged. $43 is pretty standard for nexgen. Some places charge extra for shaping and they didn't which is a plus. This is my favorite nail salon to get my nails and eyebrows done. The wait is usually a little long on weekends, so I try to go on weekdays after work. The location is in a plaza with other great stores like Ross, Aldi's, Rainbow, and Dollar Tree. Inside Nail Fetish is clean and organized. There's a TV to watch while waiting or getting your nails done. You would love the massage chairs, its heavenly after a long day of work and dipping your feet in warm bubbly water. Just close your eyes and relax....ahhhhh. The services are average priced and the nail techs do a good job. I've never had a bad experience. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because when I get a pedicure I never get a good foot massage which I prefer over everything else. Also, you have to bring cash to tip, it can't be on your card. I recommend Nail Fetish to all my friends. read more

I stumbled upon this nail salon when my old nail tech at a pervious salon left and I was on the hunt for another nail tech that would do a great job just like her. I decided to go here because it's five minutes away from my house and I had heard good reviews about them, so I did. Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's totally worth it because Amy does my nails great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Once you get your nails done with her, you'll never want anyone else to do them! I know that some nail techs do what they want but Amy listens to what you want and does it. I really tried to give this place a chance. But from my first visit to my last today all I have to say is....there are more pleasant places to go. The woman who sits directly to the left as you walk in is nothing but a nasty woman who is definitely not well versed in good customer service they should not have such a person as a manager. Although I was never happy with the service I kept going back due to the convenience of the location. But I always walked out of there telling myself I have to find a cleaner and nicer place. There isn't one employee in there that will smile. They make you feel like they're doing you a great favor even though you're paying high prices. Today I walked in there 1 hour before my appt time for my manicure and asked that if they could fit me in I'd like to get a pedicure too. The girl answering the phones found me a spot about 15 mins after walking in but when the nasty manager realised my appt time wasn't until 5pm for my manicure she went off on me telling me I had to wait. There was no one waiting for a pedicure so I asked why she couldn't just simply let me get my pedicure first. She was not budging and nastily told me I had to wait. I simply walked out. I found a beautiful and clean salon nearer to my home, walked in and was received with a smile and my toes and hands came out beautiful!!! After coming here for months when I moved to Lake Worth, I've become more and more unhappy with the results. There is 0 quality in their products OR production. At least ONE nail falls off within the first week every single time. Also, they're overpriced and to top off that, their prices are inconsistent each visit. Sometimes my fill is 31, others it's 37 or 39 (equal amount of damage to nails each time I compare) Last, they're RUDE when you ask them for quality care. I've been getting acrylics religiously (never without them) since age 18. I know every step, I could do them on my own at this point. I had such a bad a experience. My first time so i was a walk-in. The gentleman taking care of me did not speak any English what so ever! Not even "hello" therefore, it was very hard to communicate with him and say what I wanted. That's besides the fact that he was very slow with extra dry, rough hands with dirty nails. I did not enjoy him touching my hands. My nails also did not come out good what so ever. Very lumpy and he picked at my skin on my fingers rather than my cuticle.
