The most recent threat occurred because I was unable to take my son to a doctor appointment on the specific day she demanded, which was a Friday. I informed her that I could bring him the following Tuesday. I never refused medical care for my child. I simply could not attend the appointment on the exact day she requested. Despite this, she refused to allow me to reschedule the appointment. I then contacted the office myself and filed a formal complaint regarding her conduct. Shortly after that interaction, she contacted CPS in retaliation. It is important to note that my son had been admitted to Cook Children's Emergency Room two days prior, where multiple tests were conducted to address his health concerns. The appointment in question was solely a weight check. Additionally, my son's formula had been changed five times before we discovered that he required a hypoallergenic formula, which explains the concerns regarding his weight and digestion. I have consistently sought appropriate medical care for my child and have acted in his best interest at all times. cps came out and guess what my son still didn't go to his appt on Friday he has one on Tuesday . I have rights and other children , I make my appts on my time not julienne . it wasn't life or death it was a weight check . she's not even his doctor she's a nurse practitioner at the cooks children on mccart in Fort Worth tx .
