I really liked her. I appreciated that she has early morning and Saturday hours. However, it is almost impossible to communicate with front office staff. I needed a PA for a prescription and was told it would be done the next day. I followed up with my insurance, who hadn't received anything, and reached back out to the office. I had a hard time getting through on the phone and voicemails/portal messages went unreturned. Eventually, I got a hold of someone who said it would be done that afternoon, but it did not, so I was back to square one with communication. This process repeated over and over. It took several weeks to get my PA, which would not have been a big deal if they had just communicated with me. Unfortunately, the communication difficulties were too frustrating and I switched providers.

Hoping my new doctor will be amazing. Don't go here unless you want to have long waits, lost prescriptions, and refusals for refills. I really don't know why I didn't change sooner.

First, they took almost 2weeks to inform me of a UTI diagnosis and it took that long to have me started on meds as well. Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

One of my sons had everything go through easily enough but unfortunately for my autistic son who requires more care and referrals. It was an ongoing problem and honestly we finally switched because working with literally one person made things more of a pain and I gave up. Great when it's last minute and they get your little in first thing but even depending on the nurse seeing you, one listens and understands concerns while the other rushes and mostly just goes through the motions(or so it seems). Props to scheduling assistants though, the two I've called in and spoke with are always respectful and helpful.
