The bigger issue is that they like to limit the amount of sessions even though insurance says otherwise in order to push their expensive personal training.

Lisa and her team at PTO have been beyond incredible in terms of working with my insurance, ensuring my scheduling needs could be met and listening to me as a patient. I witness the wide range of impact that is being made for adults and children alike (myself included) where every patient and caretaker is asked "hey...how's it goin?" or "are you all set with appointments?". It's the small interactions that mean the most during times of recovery and the PTO will go out of their way to be a patient advocate for you with your doctor etc. What I did not experience is a PT sweatshop... After my 6 week follow up, my surgeon was astounded at how well I'm progressing and I give credit to the hands on care provided by the staff at PTO. You can't please everyone who comes through the door but the folks at PTO have sure been able to not only get me back on my feet but walking through that door!
