Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

I am writing this now because I saw their yelp…read morepage pop up when I was googling their website so that I could place an order and was surprised that they have these bad reviews and not many others as I am sure that things have changed in a great way since these reviews were written many years ago. I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr Erin and her team. I am a cancer patient and have had great results with my blood work from following Dr Erin's suggestions and I do believe she really knows her medicine. I believe that this business has evolved tremendously since these older reviews were posted and that these doctors really care about their patients. They are not just in the "supplement' business and are one of the few Naturopathic offices that focus on the individual through thorough testing and not just a blanket solution one size fits all. 5 stars from me all around.

While there wasn't a crowd, there was a steady flow of people in and out. There was only 1 employee in the store. Yet, everyone got a greeting. The sole employee also was able to answer questions, engage in genuine conversation and efficiently ring customers up very quickly. I found what I needed without any issue. But he still offered help and was able to easily assist another customer with his questions. I was in and out in just a few minutes, but must applaud this employee's performance. The store was well stocked and clean as well.
