The moment i got there, the guy tried to convince me to re-schedule for some reason. When i didn't want to, he got upset and took it out on my mouth. He was extremely rough on purpose! I bled out so bad! He was very rude while i was asking him why was he being so rough! Then once he was finished, he went int he back room and was yelling at his wife very loudly, very unprofessional! They told me my mouth will be swollen for a couple of weeks. My mouth and whole face stayed swollen for 2 months!! Then they over charged me for things i didn't get.

I finally let him pull it, he threw it in the tray and walked away. The assistant picked it up and showed me the infection on the roots. I knew it was infected because the pain would go down when I took antibiotics for other conditions. I found a new dentist after that. They did a lot of repair work that had been neglected by the prior dentist. I've had a couple years of no dental pain after leaving this dentist.

He was able to save teeth that I thought were going to have to be pulled due to the poor work of a prior dentist (with only one needing a crown), and all the teeth he's worked on feel as though they've never needed a filling. If you dread getting the cleanings because of a combination of sensitive teeth and hygienists who seem sadistic, make sure you ask for Kim. She's willing to take the time to clean manually (sans sonic torture device), but very thoroughly. Even the office staff is so friendly and helpful that I've accidentally smiled while paying a bill! I used to see Dr. David Newman for my dental work and was very satisfied. Due to my schedule, l've been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Adler for about the last two years. Dr. Adler is also great. Both Dr. Newman and Dr. Adler are great listeners, which is essential to solving problems and keeping me a happy customer. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Dale Garber, and she is happy with him too. Plus, the office staff and hygienists are friendly too. In addition to the high quality dental work and friendly work environment, what makes this practice stand-out above all of the others I've visited is that they give me a "treatment plan" before any dental work is done. The "treatment plan" is actually a quote of how much my dental procedure will cost. This means I know exactly how much my insurance will pay and how much I will have to pay out-of-pocket before any dental work is performed. That means no sticker shock when I have to pay my bill.
