I paid for implants and vaneers and each has fallen off and or came out. Dr. Harris refused to repair although warranty is included. He also drilled through healthy teeth which he then had to pull out and have yet to fit with proper implants/crowns leaving me with implants that are loose. My gums are ruined along with the teeth he drilled down only to have vaneers fall off he will not replace. Other vaneers sit on top of gums leaving space that collect food. My gums are sensitive and I'm unable to eat or drink anything to warm or cold. Worse mistake of my life the most dishonest and fraudulent dentist and should not be licensed. This place is fantastic! I'm so happy we found them. On top of being great with my husband and I (dental work makes me so anxious.) They have up to date technology that made my procedures very quick and pain free! They were so amazing with our 3 year old daughter. They went over everything with her and made her feel 100% comfortable. She now LOVES the dentist! Every single staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Love Dr Mike!! He loves his profession!! He's very fun & personable as well as everyone who works there! If you're scared to go to the dentist - he understands and will be patient! State of the art technology here!! I broke a tooth and needed a crown! 1 visit and done!! He didn't have to send my casting out to another place - I watched it being made on the computer right there!! All the work was completed in under 3 hours! The hygienists are great, Susan & Shannon, thanks ladies!! Cynthia is the bomb digitty with the insurance! Always friendly and smiling!! Carey & Amy M the dental assistants keep "laughing"!! Geez Louise is that stuff great!! People mentioned are those I've directly encountered over the years and it's been many.. over 20-25?! Our family wouldn't go anywhere else! Long wait, despite specifically asking if they were running on time and being told "yes." 30 minutes later, still waiting for my appointment. Issues with them obtaining records with previous dentist because they couldn't figure out how to open the files. Hygienist and dentist were both nice and seemed knowledgeable but office staff and wait times are less than desirable. read more

The staff and DR were amazing very impressive well spoken only concern was keeping the patient comfortable. when I arrived at arch dental I was a little bit upset they took the time to calm me down and or a few reasons I was unhappy about my smile , i was scared that this place is going to be crappy like the last place I was dealing with .Edward Street Dental of Madison Heights has terrible customer service unethical work environment and just overall a poor experience and they can suck it . One of the worst experience I've ever had the women that sit in the front behind the desk every single one of them was extremely rude everytime I've gone there almost like I'm inconveniencing them because I'm paying that bill. They were not gentle with me at all by that I mean whatever the little hook thing that has a vacuum on the end of it to pull out in a saliva or blood. the Reckless dental assistant yanked it out of my mouth twice hitting the tooth that was hurt I looked at her and said if you do that one more time we are going to have some serious issues. she half-heartedly apologized but that is still unacceptable that is still a reflection of the company that she works at. And how they treat their patients. Unacceptable.. On top of that one of the strangest things I've ever seen was the dentist at Edward Street Dental always walked around with no shoes on and just wearing socks while working on patients . Very unprofessional.. The doctor also never informed me of what he was doing and didn't explain anything one week I had 5 root canals. NEVER again will I go to that place and and we'll be sure share my terrible experience with family and friends in the hopes that none of them would have to go through such a terrible experience . If any of my friends or family in the future were looking for a place I would direct them to go Arch Dental on Lincoln in Madison Heights, Like I said I've had a lot of different dentist and always had problems with them . Poor communication, not organized and simply just having a bad attitude . I'm a very positive person and continuously am always trying to put out positive energy in anything I do or anywhere I go. back to my point Arch dental is awesome and I would recommend it to anybody the amount of compassion and empathy that the staff the women and the doctors show and give to their patients completely blew me away and have restored my faith that not every dentist is bad. I can honestly say that I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore and I'm excited to get my new teeth haha once finished I will post the before and after pictures when finished GREAT JOB Arch Dental !!! keep it up and keep doing what you're doing. The team at Arch Dental is great. I had two cavities filled and they used the Lazer rather than the anesthetic, which worked great. The staff and Dr Harris are friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome and even came to talk with me before I went back into the room to discuss what I feel is important in a dentist office. My fiance who is a patient recommended Dr Harris's office to me. I've been to the office twice so far in the last few weeks and I have no regrets. I like the positive atmosphere and the landscaping outside. I will admit that I was feeling anxious before my first visit because I was concerned about what the staff might find during my exam.
