Elisha and all the staff was absolutely amazing as always!! they never fail to amaze me, they treat me and my kids just like family!! they are very gentle and make the kids feel very special. Although the dentists are decent, they are always over booked. I've gone here for the better part of 10 yrs. The most the wait with an appt. was 10 min. Now it's more than 30. Min/ 1/2 an hr. They need to fix this issue. Even though it's a good issue fir them not so much for their patients/ customers. read more

I highly highly recommend Campell Dental. Yesterday was my first visit to the office. The office is very clean and well organized I signed up for the dental cleaning plan which entitles me to 2 cleanings which includes bitewings, Panoramic x-rays, a thorough cleaning and fluoride treatment for only $159 which includes two visits for that price. If you're not patient or young go somewhere else. The clinic either needs to help train their reception to be compassionate and empathetic towards their patients. An older patient was given a tablet to fill out paper work. The man clearly did not know how to work it & when telling the receptionist he didnt understand she said "you have to get with the technology, we're living in modern times". The man was so frustrated, he said he wasn't going to be returning if he had to fill it all out again and his next visit. He clearly had trouble reading & using technology. I quickly helped translate and fill out the documents. they need to have options for their patients, both physical and electronic paperwork & translators at hand. If my elders were treated like that, best believe there would have been a problem. The ageism is Evident with the receptionist because I (26yr old) & all the younger patients were treated fairly. I would think twice before coming here. I know that she does not represent the office, but as the receptionist they're the first encounter patients have with the clinic which speaks volume about the business. read more

Staff and doctors are very welcoming. Have gotten treatment and wisdom teeth removed and always had a great experience. Sometimes it's a wait especially if you go in for emergency but it's always worth the wait bc they're very patient oriented compared to other dental offices I've been too. read more

Campbell's Dental is my go to dentist I have never ever had a problem have been going to them for 10+ years. Have had always had exceptional service performed there the staff has always been exceptionally awesome. However these last 12 months I have not been able to see my regular dentist Dr. Ghannam. I always schedule appointment with him and wind up with another staff member. Haven't had a problem up until yesterday when I schedule my filing and wound up with another staff member instead of Dr. Jay with whom I had the appointment originally who ever helped that day did not give me a name and was highly rude like she was having a bad day and taking it out on her patients. It is hard to get an appointment to be seen. The staff is always saying that they are overbooked and don't have available times and are unwilling to accommodate you. If you go by appointments they won't take care of you immediately because they accommodate walk ins as well and there is nothing wrong with that. But when they are overbooked and behind instead of apologizing they want to charge up front for services before treating you, and turn a simple 45 minute procedure into a 2 hours. Also the bubbling point for me was that I was numbed and the needle takes about approximately 5 minutes to set in. I was left for 15 minutes unattended and when I reached out to front desk to state that it had worn off and they said that it takes time to kick in and made excuses. When I had the same procedure done 2 weeks ago on the other side of my mouth. Needless to say this new staff is extremely incompetent and highly unprofessional can not address a small matter. When I asked to speak to Dr.Ghannam they said he was extremely busy and couldn't address my issue. And said that if I would like to come back to reschedule I would be able to be seen 3 weeks later. I am extremely displeased and unsatisfied with their service. read more

Highly dissatisfied!!! Called in advance to make appointment and check to see if my insurance was accepted. Gave all info including insurance over the phone. Came for an appointment a week later. Filled out registration forms and gave id and insurance card as soon as I arrived. Waited maybe an hour to be seen. After my x-rays, I was taken to room to wait for dentist. After waiting for 30 minutes the dentist came in grabbed something and walked back out. Next thing I know dental assistants come in and tell me that they don't accept my insurance and that I have to leave even though they offer free x rays and consult to first time patients. They also would not let me accompany my kids in the back including my 2 year old. I had to assist the assistants with taking pictures of my son, because they apparently don't know how to handle small children. After that, I refused to leave my children in the back. After there appointments were over, we left immediately and never returned. Horrible service! read more
