The office is absolutely gorgeous. They really take the time and effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My first visit was because I needed a crown replacement, so just jumped right in to the full dental experience on this one! The patient beds/chairs are comfortable and I was given some headphones with relaxing music while they worked. The whole process didn't take too long and it was as painless as it could be! I've been back several times, both for cleanings and additional work. They got me in quickly for an urgent pain situation a while back and remedied the situation right then and there, thanks GOSH*! All the staff and docs are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Mike is awesome and quick with the cleanings! We asked the Office Secretory to check with insurance company and get exact what would be covered and how much would be out-of-packet expense, and agreed the out-of-pocket amount would the only (final) amount we pay before we come in for the service, but after everything done and full amount paid, and when insurance decline some of their claims, they kept coming to us to ask for more money, regardless the previous agreement. As a matter of fact, when we asked insurance company, the insurance company keep saying they use the wrong code, I wonder if they were overcharged us or over-claimed, even though we had an oral agreement only responsible for a fixed full amount before start the work. My most recent Hygienist went over what she's doing and even asked if I knew what the numbers mean when she was checking out my mouth. I knew it had something to do with gums, but not exactly sure. Turns out they're measuring how deep the gum pockets are and that anything between 1 and 3 means your gums are healthy, and anything over is something to watch and prevent from getting worse. I was really glad she explained what that was, because I always wondered if the numbers they were recording were good or bad! I legit look forward to coming in and getting my teeth checked & cleaned. The office is really clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Equipment is up to date as far as I can tell. So no caveman technology here and everything is accurate.

The staff was extremely friendly, outlined the estimated costs, payment plans, and the general process. Based on the estimate and the customer service, I knew this would be my place. I'm currently at my last few months of wearing Invisalign and I'm very satisfied with the correction of my teeth! They make me feel like a kid again, because this is such a happy place. I've seen a wide age range of people serviced by them - kids afraid of doctors to adults..also afraid of doctors (like myself). Also, as a new patient, you receive some swag as a token of their appreciation for you choosing them! Parking: designated parking lot with ample spaces. Ambience: neat, organized set up. There's a waiting area, several chairs for services, consultation runs, and an imaging room. Fun music (usually 90s) also plays on the overhead. Service: exceptional!! Always a friendly face. After your imagining takes place, they send to a third party vendor who designs your trays. When your trays arrive, Dr. Golden's team ensures the order looks correct, fits them on your teeth, and assesses how long you should wear each tray. They will only give a few trays worth at a time. At Follow up appointments, you'll receive additional trays and instructions as needed. Covid precautions: - currently, you are required to take a pre-appointment survey (outlining your symptoms and recent travel). - upon arrival for your appointment, you text/call their team, and they'll let you know when it's okay to come inside. - upon entry into the building, you will have your temp taken and sanitize your hands. You will also rinse your mouth with an oral rinse (which is similar to pre covid). Price: absolutely reasonable. Don't like the cheaper prices with some Invisalign companies mislead you- look at the full package (followup, extension of treatment plan, etc). Much to my shock, I walked in for a consultation and out with my top braces (bottom ones going on February 18). A little background: I had braces when I was in the 5th grade. My parents were trying to give me one less thing to worry about in high school, so they put me in braces at a young age. Since I had them on and removed so young my bottom teeth quickly shifted. The bottom ones didn't bother me much because they show very little in my smile. The tops are another story. Those teeth stayed straight into my college years. But while in college, I needed a root canal and had a temporary crown put in place. The procedure was completed at the OSU Dental Clinic, by dental students, and falling out constantly. I became annoyed (and lazy), so I left the temporary crown out while waiting for my crown lengthening surgery and root canal. Leaving that temporary crown out made my top teeth shift very quickly and become crooked. My smile is something I grew extremely self-conscious of because those teeth show in my smile and I'm the type of person to smile with full teeth showing. But I've also long said I'm never going to be a model, so I have to live with them as is. Thankfully, I don't have to think that anymore. With the new FastBraces technology, I had one of my biggest dreams come true. FastBraces was developed to straighten teeth different for a faster, more affordable solution. This technology allows for movement of the root of the teeth toward their final position right from the beginning of the treatment.
