I literally almost lost my spot in continuing my nursing degree because they could not fill out the simple forms required. Was not advised that they did not give the shots I needed, even after copying the paperwork. I had to go to their office 5times and even after that, they still got it wrong. Now they are causing issues with my medications. This has been an overall headache. The only thing that saves me from an even lower score is that they are nice people.

It's a complete nightmare from start to finish, and the "care" patients receive isn't that great, either. They make you arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment (or they can cancel if you don't show up in that time frame) and then you wait, and wait and wait past your appointment time and beyond. The doctors rush through your symptoms and history and then usher you out with no care plan. It's a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

During this visit, none of the staff even mentioned that I had been to an urgent care facility within the prior 6 months, even though I noted it on my check-in form (which means they either didn't notice or didn't care). After my last annual wellness exam I was charged for 2 additional services which I did not even want in the 1st place and that the nurse completed without informing me beforehand that they were not included with my exam (had I been made aware of this I would have declined both as I didn't need either one). After playing phone tag with the billing department for 4 months, all they were willing to do to correct their mistake was to take off the lesser charge (which was less than $20) and split the remaining charge (which was over $100) in half, leaving me responsible to pay the remaining amount. I was told they were working with their staff to inform patients beforehand when a procedure will incur further charges, which means I am not the 1st patient they have done this kind of thing to. This place clearly cares more about getting your money than about providing quality healthcare and I will definitely not be going back here again. If it were possible to leave zero stars I would.

The minute I walked in the receptionist was already telling me why I should turn around to the ER. I should have took that as a hint but missed it. I came in running a fever and have pooped and threw up on myself several times . I brought my 5 and 6 year old with me who also had the same symptoms . They have me two clip boards of paperwork to fill out. I gave my Veteran Id (so it's clear as day I have insurance) . She made me fill this paperwork out. Then proceed to make me wait an extra 30 minutes because she has to type it in the computer and "verify" I had ALL INFORMATION. Besides my kids socials. After a WAIT. She turns me down saying they can't see us?? Mind you this urgent care closes at 7 but they stop taking patients for some reason at 6??? So I couldn't just go get socials and come back. Plus I've NEVER been asked for my children's social security cards especially when all their info was already in the system. WHILE I had the pleasure of waiting they turned down 3 people!!!! They didn't accept anyone the whole time I was there. One lady had an alergic reaction (nothing serious , HIVES) and they straight up told her to go to ER instead of helping her ???? RIDICULOUS!!! My wife is a nurse and sat by me to witness this TERRIBLE CARE . The people in this clinic are LAZY!!!! They turned down another lady because her 18 year old daughter had no ID. The lady said okay we'll run home to get it. The receptionist's says they won't accept them after 6....... Wtf is this clini doing here if they don't accept ANY PATIENTS?? Turn everyone around to the ER ? This is by far the worst experience !! Considering I had my darn kids that they turned down too. I won't let this go. I want to speak to someone who makes a difference at this location!!! Not even worth 1 star , somehow I have to give them it.
