Nov 5, Phoned in for update. Response was Power Lodge experiencing Pod caste issues - leave message. Can they be more cryptic? I just want my bike back. I even cancelled my insurance -since I've not ridden or started the bike up since August 5, 2025.

They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. I just came home from an incredible experience at S&N! I…read morehave a Sea Doo Fish Pro that is only two months old. It developed a problem with the waterproof phone storage compartment. It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!
