I found Eurotech when i was looking around for places to install my exhaust. I emailed a few months ago to get a quote and they were very quick to get that to me and insured me they can get it done. I called in to make an appointment and was able to get in that week. I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing. read more

So I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. I'm out of state but needed to help my elderly dad get his car fixed. The guys at Eurotech were really straight forward and flexible. I had the car towed to them. They accepted it and did a great job. It's really reassuring that there are good businesses like this in Naples. Maybe the repair took longer than expected but they did a thorough job diagnosing and fixing. read more

I'll post some before and after photos later. I just brought my truck for an estimate for repairs. Nice group of people that know their stuff and do work at a reasonable price. I've been doing business with them for a few years now. Ever since my prior independent body ship was driven out of business by a chain shop. If you care about how your vehicle is serviced and repaired, these are the folks you will want to do business with. I highly recommend them. read more

GO HERE. My car's bumper was nicked and scraped and dimpled, and after their expert work - they matched the paint per the VIN - it looks indistinguishable from the showroom. Dan is the best, the team is without peer. read more

Having had previous good experience with servicing my car I was optimistic that this body repair would be done well and I was not disappointed. The whole experience was in sharp contrast to my experience several years ago (are your ears burning Supreme?), which was a nightmare. I echo the other reviews here - Dan and the other guys are great to deal with and do excellent work at a reasonable price. read more

Best damn mechanic in SWFL. He removed an oil plug from my Mini Cooper that was over tightened and stripped. I took it to 4 other shops (BC my dad, who is in Illinois, said a good mechanic can get it out) and they couldn't remove the plug. One shop said they, "only stripped it more". So I found Eliot's Autowerks on yelp with 5 stars and brought it here. After 30 minutes they got it out without damaging the oil pan. The showed me the underside of the car and gave me the oil plug too. Obviously he changed the oil, filter and bolt. The cost was next to nothing and saved me $450. BTW, they also have a paint booth. I'll be bringing bring my motorcycle tank here after I change my fairings. read more

Received a super high quote from Naples BMW. Went on Facebook to look for customer recommendations and this shop's name came up. I called and received amazing service. I was able to share images of the complicated issue I had and they were incredibly attentive. It turned out that they could not fix my particular problem and promptly recommended another locally owned mechanic. I received fantastic service at that place too. I'm so thankful for this company for being kind, honest, and responsive. read more

Eliots is the only place in Naples I will bring my Audi and my wife's VW for service. We just moved down here and I am very happy I found this shop. Eliot took care of every request I had and did a great job for a great price (brake rotors/pads/fluid flush/oil change) All done for way cheaper than the dealership would have charged. I love finding shops that are owned and operated by fellow enthusiasts; they always do the best work because they care the most. I will definitely be back in the near future to have Eliot take care of some new upgrades I'm purchasing soon, can't wait! read more

This is the only auto repair in Naples that I trust. I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder that needed the timing belt replaced. After reading all the negative reviews of the local Mitsubishi dealers I decided to try Eliot's. Wow! I will never go anywhere else. Great service and price. They explained everything they did and did not do and why. Saved a bunch of money on stuff I did not need that others would charge me for. Take your car to Eliot's, you will see why this is the only place in Naples I will go for auto repair. Great people. Great service. Great price. Highly recommended! read more

Took them 2 weeks to get the car back to me, at the cost of just over $2000.00 (tax and all). Drove the car off the lot and had to bring it right back, as the transmission was still not working properly. Took them another 4 weeks and me making calls a couple of times each week to tell met that they needed another part and that they couldn't find it. Took me literally 15 minutes to locate the needed part online for a price of under $100.00. They had me order it and, when it was received, I took it directly to them at their new location (that's right -- they had moved their shop. They did reimburse me for the part). It took another week and a half and, again, numerous calls by me, to get it repaired. I picked it up yesterday and it now runs fine, but I probably could have built a transmission in the nearly 7 weeks it took them to fix mine. Poor communication, lack of concern for getting my car back to me, and a far cry from the week I was originally told it would take to fix my car. I will not be taking my car to them again.

Pricing for repairs is totally out of control there. I looked around Naples to find someone with experience repairing Volvos and doing a good job at a fair price. I reached out to Artem, the owner of Naples Mechanics, and he offered a very fair priced estimate for the AC compressor work that I needed done. It's a shop that is owner operated by Artem and he is quick to respond to online queries and phone calls. He ordered the parts (which he says have a lifetime guarantee) and had me in and out in a couple of days over a busy Holiday weekend. The AC is nice and cold again, the car is running quiet and smooth as ever. All at a cost of about half of what the dealership quoted me. That is literally a couple thousand dollars of savings on this one repair alone! Looking forward to using this garage for all my Volvo servicing needs/repairs going forward. Thanks, Artem! I appreciate your honesty, fair pricing and great workmanship. Much appreciated. PS....just an FYI, this business is easy to find on Domestic Ave. in the Industrial Park region central to Naples (there are a few other repair shops in these buildings as well) and Artem literally doubled his garage space moving up to the front of the building that opens onto Domestic from the rear most space he previously had, over the Holiday weekend that he did my repairs. Although it may sound strange, I am highly recommending Eurotech because of a minor mistake that they made. When I purchased my Mercedes, my neighbor, who has two Mercedes, told me that he has been taking his vehicles to EuroTech for some time and was very satisfied with the service. Therefore, when I needed service, I took my LS to EuroTech. Soon after I picked up my car, I discovered that a minor mistake had been made. As a result, there was oil on the engine. Dillon acknowledged and corrected the mistake and cleaned the engine. However, when I picked up the car, a warning light came on. Dillon again checked over the car and determined that the alternator was the problem. Because the alternator might have gotten wet as a result of the engine cleaning, the alternator was replaced, at no charge. Dillon's honesty and diligence was impressive. I recommend EuroTech, because of their technical reputation but also because it is a company that I trust to treat customers honestly and fairly. read more

I've been taking my car to Eliot since I got it 5 years ago and I will never go to a different mechanic! He is honest, reliable and just a damned good person! I'm able to be lenient with not having my car for a length of time but he always gets it done in a timely fashion, even when he has cars spilling out of his parking lot. He's also been great at not making me do repairs that aren't mechanically necessary. When I had to get the timing chain done on my car (very costly repair) he called to let me know my clutch was going to go soon and he recommended that, while he had my transmission out, I replace it then instead of paying for more labor charges later. Most other mechanics would just keep their mouths shut to get that extra money. Going to a mechanic is notoriously a crappy experience but I can honestly say it's a pleasure to get to go see Eliot and his crew! read more

This body shop gave a very reasonable quote for body work. They finished the work very quickly and did a great job. In addition to body work they do auto service and repair. Their location is a bit of a hike from Estero but worth the trip. We highly recommend Euro Tech and will not hesitate going to them again if necessary.
