Seen all the 5's kinda thinking from friend and family. Been there twice maybe three times. Those times they (gal up front),and back room screwed up. One time got all fluids change and wanted main v Cover seal changed,they changed the smaller seal that hide the tentioner. Now they can't change the seal cause it now has new fluid in it and she's like my mistake but were not paying for new fluid. The reason I wanted it change was it leaked the mech. Should have seen this or at least the oil on the ground. Another time they put on a loud horn and kept the cow bell damn thing keeps falling off.. read more

Just picked up my bike and everything was perfect as usual. I am a veteran rider with over 217,000 miles on Harleys and know when somethings not right. Full story, I was given a bike in Naples, Florida by an old friend. The problem was I live in Reno Nevada. First off, they suggested I use the company/ Haul Bikes. They turned out to be fantastic. All they do is specialize in hauling bikes, and their price was very realistic. Once I had my shipping arranged, they came to the location of storage to pick up the bike, which has been sitting for two or three years. They showed up at the appointed time and took the bike to the shop. In the next two days, they got the bike totally refreshed, rebuilt carb, and ready for shipping. When Haul Bike came, they had the bike ready with a driver and took care of business. I came in with an old retired friend who had great service back before they moved East on Beck blvd. He needed a quote for his 73 HD pan head. He needed a stator and a few other parts but was a bit shocked on the labor cost. He is retired too, so he has the time to turn wrenches himself. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST....FAIR prices, GREAT service, PROMPT, courteous and so friendly. My bike is PERFECT everytime and this last time I was going to buy myself a gremlin bell as the one given to me came off. The owner told me I can't buy that myself since the good luck is way better if it is given rather than purchased....and after I left the store and was ready to leave he came out and gave me one of the bells. We had a bad experience with everglades. Time to repair bike after accident took over 4 months. The paint job still has sand and bubbles in the paint. Still dont have all the parts replaced. I had to re-secure the hand grip twice. Paint has ruins as well and they blamed it the factory paint and did nothing to fix the problem. Customer service is not their concern. read more

OK so I bought a Harley Davidson for myself this year. I figured since I survived to be a half of a century old it was time! And I needed to get my first oil change. A friend told me about Everglades Motorcycle Service and I'm so grateful that I went there. Michelle and Melissa were both great and took really good care of my bike! I got two new tires, an oil change and a few other things that I didn't know I needed but were necessary to make my riding safe. When I left there I felt very safe and very happy. Awesome customer service and I felt like I had new friends by the time I left. They care about their customers and are very fair on their prices, while using the best products. I can't say enough wonderful things about Michele and Mike! I broke down on my way the Key West riding from New Jersey. I called a friend who lives down here in the winter. He recommended Everglades. I called Michele right away because it was late in the day. I told her the situation and she said if I could get it towed there they would wait for me. Tow truck came quickly and I had them bring me straight there Mike met the driver at the door and took the bike right into the shop. As Mike was doing a diagnosis on the bike. Michele offered me a cold beverage while I waited. After 40 minutes and a call with Thunder Max. Mike found the problem! I was back on the road promptly!
