I ended up calling 3 roofing contractors. All Tite lead in ratings a reviews. All Tite showed up right after the phone call. They got up on the roof and explained what they saw. Shortly after that Tracy showed up and walked me thru the process, understanding my insurance company wasn't assisting. Anyone else I had spoken to felt like they were prioritizing insurance claims not damage. (One man's opinion) I had to go to a week training and Tracy promised to get it done. At this point he'd built enough trust with me so I completed my training and returned to a new roof !! Along the way they assisted me in over and above questions and worries, very patient for sure. This is not required by building code, nor is it necessary unless you plan to run a vacuum and hairdryer at the same time in the kitchen. I talked to every electrician I know, they all said it is NOT recommended. So I guess this guy is just blowing sales for fun? Don't really know but he's not to be trusted
